The Spotify service is no longer available in my Sonos system and I’m unable to re-add it?

 Anybody else having any issues?

Hi @User412400 and @BrioWellness, welcome to the Sonos Community!

There was a temporary service outage with Spotify that prevented users from streaming Spotify on Sonos, either from the Sonos app or with Spotify Connect.

This has since been resolved, however, if you’re still unable to use or see Spotify in the Sonos app then please do the following in this order:

  1. Reboot your Router.
  2. Reboot your Sonos speakers.
  3. Reboot your controller.
  4. Remove and re-add Spotify in Music Services.

If you’ve followed these steps and you’re still having issues, then please reach out to our support team for further assistance.

I hope this helps!
