New sub gen 3 hookup

Connected new Gen3 sub, no sound. Haven’t run trueplay yet. Light on sub is white.

Thanks GS ,I called and talked with Sonos cs and it got figured out. Had to unplug everything and reconnect.

Have you added the Sub to your Arc yet?

Can you go to Settings > System and post a screen shot of your Products?
