Bell Canada Wifi pods incompatible with Sonos : Is there a workaround?

Hello,

My system is composed of 3 Sonos One SL.

One keeps disappearing from app.

My internet service provider is Bell Canada.

They provide the Wifi Modem, and I absolutely need their pods.

These work on 2.4 ghz (like Sonos).

Sounds like they’re incompatible with Sonos, unless there’s a workaround…

Thanks

You might try adding static/reserved IP addresses for your Sonos, use the router’s DHCP settings page. It is usually only a couple minutes work.

Once done power down all Sonos, reboot all the router’s bits, power the Sonos back up.

If that doesn’t solve your problem it has at least removed a very common cause making looking further more productive.

I just did it. Thanks. I hope it’s gonna help!
