They provide the Wifi Modem, and I absolutely need their pods.
These work on 2.4 ghz (like Sonos).
Sounds like they’re incompatible with Sonos, unless there’s a workaround…

You might try adding static/reserved IP addresses for your Sonos, use the router’s DHCP settings page. It is usually only a couple minutes work.
Once done power down all Sonos, reboot all the router’s bits, power the Sonos back up.
If that doesn’t solve your problem it has at least removed a very common cause making looking further more productive.
