Why can I not see BBC Sounds app on my services?

I have updated my country address to the UK. I’ve closed the app logged out and back in and still don’t see it as a service. Can anyone help please?

Are you actually in the UK? 

How long have you waited between changing your address and trying to see if BBC Sounds shows up?

Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?
