I have Beam and 1x One and I can connect to TV each other.
However, when activate the TV, only Beam can synchronize the audio.
I need to enable One's checkmark from the playback source screen to connect One to TV.
Is there a way to automatically link Beam and One to the TV each time?
Do I need to buy an extra ONE and set up surrounds to do this?

That’s the easy part. However, you’re not going to get the Sonos One, in another Sonos ‘room’, to play in sync with your Beam, due to the way Sonos software works. There’s a minimum of a 75ms delay with any room grouped with a Home Theater room, playing a TV input.
You certainly could get a second Sonos One, and set them up as surround speakers, but they won’t be playing the center ‘voice’ channel, they’ll be playing any surround information that is presented.
It’s not clear exactly what you’re trying to do here, but Sonos does not have a good solution for those who are trying to replicate the ‘voice’ channel.
