Disney+ inconsistent with beam gen 2 + surround + Hisense TV

I have a Beam Gen 2 plus 2 Sonos Ones as surround sound for my Hisense TV. All streaming services work fine (Netflix, iPlayer, 4onDemand etc) however Disney+ does not work perfectly. Every now and then it drops out for a millisecond. When checking with Sonos support they ran a few checks and said the speaker network was dropping quite regularly, but weirdly this only seems to be on Disney+. Annoyingly there's no way to reinstall the app on the TV, so not really sure what else to try. Disney+ did work perfectly for about 3 months or so.

Any thoughts?

Is your TV equipped with eARC? If so, try disabling the eARC setting.

eARC was already disabled, but by enabling it, the problem seems to be resolved. Thanks. I'm not sure what eARC does but it seems to be better to have it on 😁
