sonos amp airplay streaming

HI

 

when I use airplay streaming music, then I couldn't control the volume to max.maybe if I turn to 80% volume then it auto change to 20%. My speakers is 4ohm

.  When I use 8ohm speaker haven’t this issue

What kit do you have? Might your system be going into some kind of a “protective” mode?
