How to access playlist? Shows available but will not play.
We have gone to system preferences/security privacy/privacy tab/full desk access. It still doesn't work. What should we do?

Under System Preferences > Sharing, try adding your music library folder to the Shared Folders. You can also try toggling File Sharing on/off.
