Desktop and Android app have started telling me "spotify returned no results for _____ in artists. Please try a different category or a new search term" this morning. Has replicated on multiple devices. Only happens for Spotify and only in "artists", albums and playlist search still works. Any idea if I changed a setting or if something is wrong on their end?I’ve reset the speakers and restarted the apps.

Set-Up: 2 rooms w/wired Arc’s, sub and surrounds. 1 room w/a Beam.Network: Eero w/an extenderSystem has been working fine, with the occasional missing speaker after an update, but nothing like this. Updated Sonos app yesterday. Checked for a system (speaker) update, but didn’t find one in the app (Still unsure if there was an actual speaker system update). Everything worked as normal. This morning my app couldn’t find my system - went through the app prompts on how to correct and was able to get them all connected. Soon after, the same thing occurred and my app showed the “Unable to connect to Sonos. Let’s fix it” banner. After troubleshooting, I checked to see if there were any updates to Eero or Frontier/Router, and the latter updated software overnight. The really weird thing to me, is that even though the app can’t find the system, the speakers are all working with the tv (just can’t get S2 app to find the system).I’m not very tech savvy, but when I look in the Eero app, I can see al

I have my Gen 2 Beam connected to my Samsung model UN55CU7000FXZA via HDMI-eARC mode & I am wondering if some of the TV’s audio settings need to be disabled or adjusted for optimal performance?A also have an Apple TV, as well as Netflix, Amazon, Philo & a couple other streaming services & at times have issues where you can barely hear voices clearly, but have a door open, someone set a glass down on a table or other background noises & it sounds like the volume is cranked up waaaaay too loud.Any suggestions? Thanks!

My Sonos Beam was working perfectly with my Samsung tv until the other day and now it will still play music through the app. But doesn’t work with the TV. Have re set TV and the beam too. Doesn’t work. Please HELP!!

I have a Sony A80k. When I power up the tv and sat box it never comes up on HDMI 1, where the Arc is. I have a pic where it does come up. How do I get the tv to come up on sat box with Arc?

Hello everyone, I've been a sonos user from the very start and have a 6 zone system ( 5 in house and one amp in garden ). The amps and play 5 work fine in the house no issues…. The Garden ZP120 has always been a bit hit and miss in terms of connecting to the house. Sometimes you can find it in the zone list sometimes not.  When you can find it getting it to join other zones is problematic also. Yesterday being a lovely day, we wanted to sit out and enjoy the music from the garden. It was on and off all afternoon and I got so frustrated with it I just turned it off and listened to it on headphones from my phone. I was using Spotify and the house speakers were fine but the garden was very intermittent. We normally have 35meg download but yesterday it was quite low at 7 meg download speed. I tried getting music from my NAS drive so we were not streaming and that was cutting out also. So I am trying to determine if its the internet connection or that the amp is too far away from any of the

I recently purchased a couple of Era 100s and set them up as surrounds with my Beam Gen2. I can’t shake the feeling that there is some delay between the Beam and the Era’s. This manifests in a slight echo, mostly noticable with 5.1 tracks that have a fair amount of ambient sound/music. Not sure if that maybe also due to my room acoustics. Also i had a couple of dropouts (Era 100s only) the other day.Sadly there is no way to check/debug connection issues as far as i am aware of due to the Era line not using SonosNet anymore or at least the Sonos Matrix doesn't show anything in my case. Is there any other way to check for issues or do i need to contact Sonos Support? Not sure if i'm imaging things here but it would be good to at least rule out any technical issues. My Beam is wired btw. and the two Eras are connected to a fairly good Wifi6 AP.

Hi there2 days ago my Samsung tv stopped sending sound through my Beam and surrounds. I’ve tried all the previous suggestions such as TV software update, unplugging all cables from both sides etc. the App says it’s connected to the tv but still no sound. If I reset / unplug everything as above then the sound comes through again but once I turn the Tv off the lights on all speakers start to flash white and  it’s not recognised again once I turn things on again? any help would be appreciated before I end up resetting all speakers to factory reset thanks Dan

I have a Sonos Arc, Era 300’s and Sub mini.I have them connected in a surround setup with my Sony X90J TV and they work beautifully…but I’d like to also connect them to my PC.Is it possible to have them connect to PC with ease and be able to swap between the 2? I had hoped I could just change my “input” on my TV remote from cable/Netflix etc. over to my HDMI 2.1 channel for PC and it would just automatically play? But it sounds like from what I’ve read that I have to use special equipment (e.g. connected to my motherboard, or cables, or Bluetooth?) I’ve read different things and am very confused.  Can someone please walk me through how to connect to PC and swap between TV and PC in the easiest way possible? Thank you for your time and consideration 🙏

My neighbor and I are sharing our wifi via mesh routers in order to save on monthly costs.I already have my Sonos device connected, my neighbor would like to set up his own account on the same wifi, is this possible?

Hi all,I’m new to this forum. My name is Mark, and I need some advice on the setup with a high ceiling. I was looking to buy Arc or Beam, but not sure if Dolby Atmos would work in this setup. The top of the ceiling in the middle is 4m.Soundbar preferred as I want to minimise cables, but open to other configurations if the ceiling is an issue. Assume windows would be closed while watching TV, and the view here is from the wall closing the room.Any suggestions on the recommended setup would be much appreciated.Cheers,Mark

Let’s say you have set up two rooms, or somehow duplicated your main room and now speakers are in the wrong place.   In my case, I had two living room setups. There is no way to delete a speaker, or room setup that I could find. After spending all kinds of time trying to find an answer, I figured this out. I just went to ADD a speaker to the correct living room, at which point it will ask to remove it from the other setup.  To make it easier, rename the other system to bathroom or something so you are not confused with the two living room setups you might have.BINGO BINGO

Anyone have experience where devices are kicked off the wifi network when interacting with Sonos speakers.  Either the Sonos app or airplay to a Sonos speaker.

Hi, I have 9 products that all appear to be eligible for the upgrade program. Will these continue working if I use them to upgrade, I.e use them to get discounted new speakers?  I’m using the latest Sonos app as far as I’m aware.  ThanksMatt

I mostly use Amazon Music on Sonos, but when I scroll through the artists it stops at D. I can search for a specific artists and it will come up, but i would like to be able to scroll through and browse. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect the Amazon account, tried to refresh, logged out and back in to sonos app. Any suggestions?

Just wondering if Sonos has fixed this known issue... I have multiple songs streaming through the Sonos app from Spotify. When I put them on repeat it plays the first time through and then only 18 seconds the next round before skipping and repeating from the beginning over and over. Each time only playing 18 seconds.  I've tried all of the various suggested fixes with regards to routers and bandwidth and channels. I've removed Spotify and reinstalled.  Really hope there's been progress here.  Thanks-Mario

I have the 2nd gen beam and 2 era 300s on either side right next to my tv (not behind, but in the built-ins right next to the tv in the front of the room). The beam is plugged in to the tv and the eras connect to the beam through Bluetooth. When I play music I can set the eras to play full sound. How do I do this when the tv is playing?? Since they are in the front of the room, I do not want them playing “background” noise like they do when they’re set up as surrounds. I want them playing full sound.

During setup, my phone recognizes the era and things go well until I get to the step where the Era 100 tries to connect to the wifi. It fails to do so and times out. I’m very tried to factory reset the speaker three times and have unplugged/replugged the router and it still won’t connect. I have speaker directly next to the router and my phone. Also, it asks to connect to the flashing “blue” button on top which never flashes. Any help is appreciated.

Hello everyone long time Sonos customer here with Play 1, 3, 5 in various rooms.  Our house came with pre-wired ceiling and outdoor speakers that terminate in a big bundle of wires in the hallway coat closet. There’s a power outlet in the closet (convenient!) so I use Connect:Amp connected to a Pyle selector switch. This allows me to easily select what ceiling speakers in the house (backyard, family room, laundry room, courtyard etc) to play music in. We stream Pandora/Prime/Apple Music using the Sonos app through the Connect:Amp and the Plays. The Play 1-3-5s are sitting in rooms without ceiling speakers (garage, bathroom, office) so it all works well and have music pretty much anywhere we are. I want to purchase a turntable to play our vinyl (yes we still have albums from the 70s/80s).  My question is connectivity.   I want the turntable in the living room on proud display adjacent to our albums, just like back in the day.   But the ceiling speaker wires terminate in the coat closet,

How do I disable apple airplay?

Hi All,I’ve had Sonos products for over 10 years and always loved them. Over the last year I’ve been more and more infuriated buy the app just randomly picking what products it shows me. I’ve tried everything I can think of and it’s been over a year now. I want to add more speakers but it seems pointless spending more money if they won’t work. To help anyone generous enough to support I’ve broken down the set up I have and what I’ve tried so far: Set Up Sky Broadband  Eero Mesh WiFi Sonos Play 1 * 5 Sonos Playbar Sonos Move  Sonos Era 100 New and up to date App What I’ve tried Resetting products that have disappeared (several times) Unplugging WIFI and router  Following the “You seem to be missing some products wizard on the app” Creating a new set up Buying a new Move  Buying the Era 100 Moving the Eero network to Bridge I might be wrong, but it feels like there are two set ups and it flicks between them.  Any help or advice would be great. Thanks in advance
