Can anyone tell me if there is a compatible third-party power cord that is longer than the one that comes with the Era 300 out of the box? Need to hide the cables and cannot use a standard extension cord with the cable management system that I’m using. Much appreciated….

Hi, first time here.I have a problem when trying to play a radio station with Google Assistant on a Sonos One.Trying to play “SR P3” a swedish radio station through the voice command “Hey Google, play P3” and it worked without a problem until 1 month ago but now it only starts a spanish radion show without the text “P3” in the title. It works without problem on my phone and open the right radio station in TuneIn.I have tried to unlink and link TuneIn and also tried using it with out TuneIn-account synced to my Sonos. Searched the forum but couldn’t find any problem like this, or maybe my search was bad.Does anyone have som idea what the problem can be?

Hi, my 2 sonos ones are not visible in the sonos 2 app. They have always worked and been paired for stereo. The app says no sonos on network. If I log into my tp link router I can see speakers are connected. Also I can still use Google assistant and play songs on Spotify. I can see the speaker on the spotify app. So annoying.

Good afternoon. After upgrading Sonos One SL, a problem arose, and now audio only appears two seconds after the audio stream has started. Now it's absolutely impossible to watch movies using Sonos One SL. The sound lags behind the image by 2 seconds. If I pause the video, the sound continues for approximately 2 seconds.I searched the forum and found recommendations to switch to uncompressed. This did not solve the problem in any way. In addition, I saw a recommendation to use the Line-in menu. But there is no such option on Sonos One SL. The audio system is connected using an Ethernet cable.During movie playback, I ran a ping test and see that the network connection is stable and fast.--- 10.111.222.190 ping statistics ---318 packets transmitted, 318 received, 0% packet loss, time 321242msrtt min/avg/max/mdev = 0.183/0.226/0.331/0.023 msHow do I disable(dramatically decrease) buffering on Sonos One SL?

Hello there, I have been using the beam gen 2, later on added the symfonisk picture frame around 2 meters behind me for a better surround sound and yesterday I got the sub mini but I'm confused as to what the recommended settings for all of them together would be in my case. I mainly use them for metal/rock music (and movies of course) as I have it connected on my desktop pc so I'm standing right in front of the beam. "Sadly", I use android and so does every person in my circle so I can't calibrate the speakers with trueplay. The room where the speakers are, is medium sized. Also, does the positioning of the sub mini matter? I have it pretty close to the beam and have them both paired together instead of the symfonisk.

I’ve been banging my head against a brick wall trying to setup a new Sonos system in my RV using two Sonos Roams.  I already have a home system (two Sonos Beams & four Sonos Ones) and have connected to a separate system at work (two Sonos Fives) so thought it would be no bother.  How wrong I was!The problem seems to be that when creating a new system when you get to the part where the speaker gets connected to the Wi-Fi network the app tells it to connect to the Wi-Fi network of the existing system, not the one you’re connected to and are trying to set it up on.  This happened to me on both Android and iOS and using the same account as my home system and with a new account I setup fresh.I finally found a way round it by using a spare device that had a fresh install of Sonos that hadn’t connected to any other Sonos system before.  But that took a while as the first two device I tried were too old and the OS wasn’t supported (iOS 12 and Android 7).  So after two days of trying I fina

Hi all!I have à problem with my sonos setup. when I install it every room can be find, and I can group them in my sonos app (S1) I only use spotify to play music in my speakers. but after awhile they will dissepear from the sonos app. I can still find them in Spotify app. But nowhere to be found in the sonos app. As u can see in the pictures its the ”WC +2” speakers that dissepear from the sonos app.

I moved a sonos one from the kitchen to a kids bedroom and changed the name as such. But it keeps reverting to kitchen. Any idea how to fix this?

I have a problem where there isn’t any sound at all from youtube app.  I have a samsung tv and an arc soundbar.  It looks like the app may have bee updated on 8/30/2023 which is about when the sound stopped.  I can get sound by unplugging the tv and going directly to youtube app.  If I leave the app and come back, no sound.

I’ve had this happen twice now while camping.    I successfully pair the Move to my phone via bluetooth and listen to music.  But then someone accidentally hits the bluetooth/wifi button, and the Move starts looking for wifi.  Since there is no wifi in the wilderness, it just goes into a loop.  There is no way to cancel and re-pair to bluetooth.   And then my Move is bricked for the rest of the camping trip.  This is not a one-off.  Is this a product flaw, or is this product just not made for camping?  If I got the sonos Roam, would that help, or would it have the same issue?

Hi, I use a sonos five at work. we have just moved office. the previous wifi net work was a normal password only network.my new network at my new office has username and password enabled. I reset the sonos when we moved and it only asks for password during set up.what can i do to get this set up?

I need instructions on how to delete/remove two Era300s that are currently set up as separate rooms and add them as surrounds for my existing Arc. If there is online documentation, I may have just missed it somehow.  Thank you

Hello,  I have been using my Beam on my Samsung TV for over a year and it has been great.  Now there is no sound coming from my Beam.  who I disconnect the HDMI Arc, the TV speakers start working.  when I connect the HDMI, it says that the Beam has been successfully connected.   None of my other HDMI ports have anything connected to them...only the Beam.   Any help would be great.

I updated the desktop app to 15.2 and it now only sees one of my speakers. My iphone app still sees all three and works fine. Any ideas how to get the other two rooms working? I see them fine on the phone, and they play via that controller, so they’re obviously online.

I have what I believe is a connection problem. When originally set up I was able to play audio from my TV through Sonos. It now won’t. The connection was RCA from audio out on the TV to a converter that transferred RCA to Cat 5 that ran @ 20’ down to basement located SONOS Connect:AMP. Before the Connect:AMP, the Cat 5 was converted back to RCA to make the Connect:AMP connection. All was well until I replaced the TV with a Samsung QN85 that didn’t provide for an RCA connection for Audio out. I ran an optical cable from the TV to an optical/ RCA converter to then connect with the existing Cat 5. Ran fine for 6 months then stopped. It’s either a connection issue or I’ve changed some setting on the TV by mistake. Any thoughts? Thanks Moderator edit: changed Amp to Connect:AMP  for clarity/accuracy x2.

Why has the books search been removed from the sonos search function? I used to be able to search my audible audio books using this function but it was removed some time ago due to a sonos upgrade and I am unable to return to the previous (‘classic’) search function. I was advised months ago by a Sonos tech person that this issue was being escalated but still nothing has happened!

I just installed my Arc + Sonos Era 300 and my Arc sound bar only makes gunshot sound

My Sonos CR200 controller wont show my Sonos rooms and it is connected to the correct system, is there any way to fix this?

Can anyone explain how Sonos mathematics work?I have an item in my cart to checkout and they are applying a 15% discount that just doesn’t add upproduct price $2798 with a 15%discount however discount is only showing as $375 i/o $419.70🤪🤪

My Sonos Beam 1 and Samsung TV (Link to Samsung TV) sound great when they work properly.  However, I have had ongoing problems with the sound breaking up (almost like a long-distance call with a bad connection) when you hear intermittent words. It isn’t all the time but I don’t know what to do.  I have spoken to tech support and they weren’t overly helpful.  I installed the App on my phone and can confirm that the issue does not occur if I play Sonos Radio. It is to the point where I would consider buying something new (like Sonos 2) or a different brand if I could be assured that the problem will go away.Any suggestions on how to isolate problem or fix?

Help!If I go to cast music from my phone and tap that cast icon, my soundbar+sub doesn't show up in the list of devices, but rather, only if I further tap the 'Airplay and Bluetooth devices'. You might be thinking, well yeah, you didn't set it up in Google Home. Yet, I did, and when I go directly into the Google Home app, I can see it listed there among my other speaker devices. It seems like I have to choose between soundbar+sub (via 'Airplay and Bluetooth devices') or my other speakers (Google Home devices). How do I get the soundbar+sub to show up alongside my other google home devices when I go to choose which devices to cast to?Is it possible that Airplay somehow claimed ‘ownership’ and I need to disable the Airplay connection and reestablish the connection only via Google Home (somehow?). I’m grasping at straws here. Please and thank you,Keven

I understand that there is already a 4-year-old thread talking about this issue, but it is silly that this problem still exists on the latest model and technology & we don’t have a proper official response on this. Even four days ago someone replied on that thread talking about the same problem and doesn’t seem to get attention, so I decided to post a new one here. Products I own: two Era 300 (stereo paired) Use case: M1 Pro Macbook Pro + Airplay2 + Chrome + Youtube Problem:If I pause a video for a few seconds, it’s fine and when I play it again it connects. If I pause a video for some time (say, two minutes), when I resume it, no sound is played at all. The audio output seems to still be Sonos, but just no sound. (Silly way to address it:) if I change the audio output back to Macbook Pro speakers, and then change back to sonos, it’s fine again. But I really don’t want to do this every time!

Hi this is my current setup with 75inch + Sonos Arc. My question is whether this setup is fine or would this make the sound quality lower ? As you can see I have a fire place and can't go any lower and making the TV go higher means it's too high. So would this cause any sound quality issues?  Also the upward firing speakers are definitely open and is not blocked - so is it still a problem ?

I can only access one of my 3 Sonos system/room at a time with my eeros 6 wifi. If i want to listen to a different sonos room, i must first power off the one I’m listening to so that the app can find the one I want. I have tried turning off bridge mode on the WiFi, but no luck. Does anybody have a solution? Many thanks.
