Dear Community,So I still face the isse that one speaker is closer that the other. Trueplay keeps messing up speaker distances an sets all to “more than 3 meters” in the rears.Why is there just no option to level the rears? They where set as stereo in the beginning and it was possible. Setup with the arc my experience is worse 🫠 why?For the love of good audio - please let us level our speakers!

Will the Sub Mini work with the Sonos Arc sound bar? We can’t get it connect to the sound bar? 

Hi guys,My Sonos Arc does not generate any sound anymore on any of the TV programs that have on Panasonic HZ1000. But it is working fine when the Apple TV is used. I recently updated the Sonos IOS app and I did not change any setting on my TV. Until a few days ago everything worked fine.

Based on multiple recent posts to this forum, it’s clear that there’s a serious bug in the iOS version of the Sonos app. Even if you enter your email and password correctly, you cannot log into your account, which makes it impossible to do basic tasks, such as add a new device:  I really don’t want to try the suggested workarounds, particularly since I don’t trust that they’ll work. I shouldn’t have to create a whole new account, just to connect a device, then have to re-create any other aspects of my household Sonos network, my streaming services, and anything else that the new account will require.I had been planning on buying some additional speakers, but unsurprisingly that purchase is on hold.Would someone from Sonos customer support please indicate what steps you are taking to fix a known, serious problem. Hey Sonos community, all of a sudden my remotes (Apple TV remote/Roku Remote) no longer adjust the volume of the Arc soundbar.  I have a Vizio TV (newer OLED) that has the CEC turned on and Audio eARC turned on.  Out of nowhere both remotes stopped working.  I have unplugged the HDMI cords and also made sure the Arc has the latest software updates.  I can change the volume with my Sonos app on my iPhone but that’s it now.   Any help would be great!

My Samsung Series 6 television won’t reliably turn on when connected to my Sonos Bean via HDMI-ARC. After powering off the television, the tv’s red indicator light remains solid (normal operation mode) for around 2 to 3 minutes, then it begins flashing intermittently (i.e., tv has discovered a “fault”). When the tv is in this mode, it visibly blinks when pressing the Samsung remote’s power button, but does not power on until the 5th or 6th time pressing the power button. This has been going on for some time, but I’m just now to the point of seeking help from the Sonos Community. A little history: I have searched the Sonos and Samsung forums for answers. I’ve found similar user issues, but no solution that works for me permanently...or for other users aside from full replacement or major equipment swap out. How can I get a new wireless charging adapter for my Sonos roam through warranty… it no longer charges from the little “puck”… but does charge from the same power block and different USB C cable...

Maybe a simple newbie question… bought Arc today and easily installed it to my LG OLEDs HDMI-ARC port (no eARC available).Can get sound from TV and Spotify, but only in stereo. Tried several movies (from Disney+) today with Dolby Atmos mark, but getting still only stereo sound (checked that in the app).  Have been browsing my tv-menu and can see that Atmos is selected (but greyed out as only selectable when using tv’s own speakers). No selectable options available more (even how hard I scroll - saw other thread with this solution so wanted to note this…) So far tried: several re-start and cable re-instal of both arc and TV. Re-installed arc from app and re-connected it to tv again. Check that there are now updates available to tv, arc or any app in tv.  Not yet tried optical cable connection.Any good ideas or advices!   

I recently upgraded my internet to fiber.  My Sonos app keeps telling me I am not connected to the internet.  Everything else in the house is working fine and I am able to access the internet just fine on my phone.

Hi everyone. If I’m listing to Apple Music on my phone (not through Sonos), can I then go to Apple Music on Sonos and make it take over?  I think with Spotify it asks you. But I can’t seem to find it with Apple Music. i don’t want to just stream through airplay because I hate it when I open Facebook for example and a video stops my music playback.  Thanks in advance. I have a whole-home topology that has been working for 4+ years, nothing has recently changed in my setup.  Within the last 2 weeks, a new problem has come up.  It is highly repeatable and I am wondering if others have seen it, or have a solution.  The issue is that the ‘first component’ in a group, if it is a Connect:Amp, will frequently drop out (and then start playing again in  ~10 seconds).  The remaining components in the group will play continuously without any dropouts.  Here is a summary of my situation:Approx 12 components:  6 Connect:Amps, then the rest are various Speakers such as Play 1s, Play 5s, Soundbars. All components are hardwired Running S2 This issue only happens on Connect:Amps, and only when they are the ‘first’ in the list of a group of components.  If I regroup things and change to a different Connect:Amp as the first, then the original one is fine, and the new-first-one will start to drop out.  Happens at least every 10 minutes.  Nothing drops out if I make one

Hi, I’m trying to use my gen 1 Play 1’s with a recenyly purchased Arc soundbar. Using the S2 app, it sees the play 1’s but says the bridge is incompatable. Can I use the Arc as the bridge and get rid of the incompatable bridge? If that makes sense? Thanks

We recently moved from SC to FL. System was down 7 days for the move. While in SC we were able to listen music stations Pandora and Sirius. Since starting system in FL, Sonos is not offering Pandora and Sirius under Services. Why?

Hi, I am planning to use arc + 4 ceiling speakers + sub gen 3. I want the front two ceiling speakers to create that separation, which is lacking in the sound bar alone (coming from a klipsch floor standing speakers). Q1. What are the options currently in sonos app, for setting up the 4 ceiling speakers (2 amp is okay) along with arc + sub gen 3? Q2. Is 4 ceiling speakers paired with sonos arc a good setup? I learnt that rear ceiling speakers wont give rear atmos effect.    

How do you delete a favorite channel from your listing ?

I’m embarrassed at the amount of time I have been talking to friendly support staff recently so will mention my current problems here first.  I have a S1 system that includes three Sonos Ones (downgraded by support).  Two of the Ones (Kitchen and Family Room) work fine individually from my tablet but, when I ask Alexa to play music on either one of them, both start playing and after stopping play they are listed as a group.  Alexa can’t hear across the 2 rooms.  Is there some setting that’s wrong? A second problem is my music library located on a 1TB usb drive.  Some albums will play but when others are selected I get “unable to connect to Desktop ….”, even though seconds before I was connected ok….Is it simple or am I on to support again?   Thanks.  

Sonos Move Bluetooth is connected and supposed to play from my Wondows PC  but there is no any sound

I recently unplugged my sub and then had to reset it, now it flashes white, won't go green, even when I connect it to router via Ethernet. And so so app won't find sub

I have a Sonos Roam but it’s constantly giving us trouble. Right now I can see it in the app, but it says it’s in “Sleep Mode”, while when I press the play-button on the device itself it just starts playing.What’s more, when I hold the power button on the Roam for a few seconds, the light will turn off and in the app it’ll change to “Turned Off”. Clearly there’s some level of communication between the Roam, the servers and the app, but when I turn the roam back on, it’ll keep saying it’s turned off.That is, until I short-press the power button on the device, at which point it’ll change to “Sleep mode”. I can’t get it to become active in the app so I can control it.Anyone able to shed light on what else I can try to get this thing to work again?

Have 16 speakers older and new, have the issues only with older “Sonos 3 and 1” although they are still in the family. Sometimes never know when “Lost signal or no grouping with others” The SONOS 3, one of the pair connected ethernet directly to wifi router 6 ASUS plays fine, another SONOS 3 on wiFI only 3 meters away is often silent, lottery, Should I get rid of them and buy new era speakers ? Sonos 3 has great sound and you don’t give me a choice,  I am Really disapointed not with sound quality but your software upgrades. Before many software upgrades everything was great.

How to directly play Spotify on arc?It happened at beginning when I set up arc (a week ago) but not today. Both apps are updated.

I’ve been gifted a set of S1 speakers that were previously connected to my Dads network … how do I get them configured to mine? Have tried wiring them directly to the router but doesn’t seem to be working.Just going round in circles now with network connection issue which there’s not. I’m confused 🤪 

I recently connected my Sony record player to my Era 100 using the Combo Adapter (RCA > Aux > USB-C), and when I play records there is a solid 2-3 second delay between the player and the speaker. (The speaker keeps playing after the needle lifts off the record, or you can hear the music faintly coming off the surface of the record and it’s very different from what’s coming out of the speaker.)I’ve never had an issue like this with a speaker, and I’m wondering if it’s some error I made in setting it up. Anyone have advice for changes I could make to the setup, or changes within the app? Is it running through too many connections?
