My Sonos CR200 controller wont show my Sonos rooms and it is connected to the correct system, is there any way to fix this?

If ​​​@ratty hasn’t already pointed you in the right direction, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

Is there a wired Sonos component anywhere? CR200 requires SonosNet.
