Hi, I have read through all related posts and can’t seem to figure out how to get it working. I have just purchased a Deco Mesh PX50 which is a powerline mesh network. I can’t figure out how to get the arc connected to the network and I need this as it is how I stream my music. I also need the mesh as the wifi in the house was not adequate previously. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi all!I recently moved an Era100 to another room to use it as a computer speaker and I am running into a strange scenario: If a connect through bluetooth from my mac there’s no delay If I connect through Bluetooth from my PC, there is a noticeable delay. The interesting thing is that I also have a Muso QB. If I connect through bluetooth to it from the same PC, I don’t experience any delay. I am not a 100% sure why there’s only delay on the Era 100 and not both of the speakersAnyone had a similar scenario and was able to sort it out?

Hi there, I know it has been discussed several time in here, but just want to be updated. Is there a way to use several Sonos Five speakers as PA. is there a way to reduce that 75ms lag  in the audio output? Thank you for your consideration. I can try this with SOnos beam or SOnos AMP.

After rebooting my music voice command "Stop music or pause music" will not function.

I’ve just purchased an Indoor/Outdoor set (Era 100 and Move), I plan on getting a second Era 100 to set up together eventually, just didn’t do it right away due to the cost. My question is, could I have 2 Era 100 in sync with my Move? I’m not concerned with stereo sound. I just want the two era 100 playing inside and the move outside when I have people over. Thanks in advance!

sound from Sonos Arc is ok when playing netflix or hbo max, but NOT when playing sound from the TV, any idea why?, everything is connected properly to the TV as netflix and hbo max work ok

Hello, suddenly all music services disappeared from the app and when trying to add new ones, the page is completely blank. I'll add screenshots on this. The system and all products have been reset, updated and tried to logout/login of the account. The app works on our other systems but not this one.

Alexa suddenly quit playing on my Sonos One speakers.  What is the fix?

Hi, I am about to acquire an Arc and some Era300. I watched some youtube video saying sonos voice control does not work with spotify.  Are these video still up to date ? Maybe this has been fixed recently ? Does it ? Thanks for you share. P

Hello,My subwoofer keeps expiring unexpectedly. As in, it briefly turns off before turning back on. When I stop and restart it, it always starts. It seems to happen more frequently when I play it at medium to low volumes. What are your thoughts?  Moderator edit: Corrected autocorrected “subscription” to “subwoofer”.

I would like to use my Eras 100 as a speaker for my Mac Studio.Since I want to avoid delays, I would like to use the line-in on the ERAS 100. Bought a USB-C to 3.5mm adaptor from Apple, but it’s not working.Do I need the SONOS dongle absolutely? Is there something unique about the SONOS version?  I don’t think the Mac Studio has a “pre-amp” but I am not sure. Will it work once I have the proper dongle or I will be limited by my Mac Studio output capacity?

Every update is torture.   Sonos seems like a pretty with it company so why is the update process so difficult?

I have a 10 year old system with one ZONEBRIDGE1 and 2 CONNECT:AMP. The two amps controlled all of the wired speakers, one upstairs and one downstairs. They were controlled through a Sonos app on a very old iPad. It looks like my Bridge has died, along with the iPad. I downloaded the Sonos app on my phone, but it can’t find my system. I think I need to replace the bridge, and understand it is outdated. Given that everything is wired, is there a product I can get that would allow me to run the system as is, without having to reinvest in new speakers everywhere?

Alexa whisper in Era 100 not working, is it normal?

How can I get my Sonos Roam SL to echo music/radio on my Alexa

Ok so i have a commercial gym and i have SONOS for the music.I have had it for some time and it works good, i have it set to wake up at 03:55 in the morning right before the gym opens up.The gym is open from 04.00 in the morning until Midnight. But what i would like to do is at 00:05 is to start a new playlist with Alarm Sounds because i have some member that stay behind closing hours sometimes.I want this playlist to just play for maybe 10min and then stop. How do i set this up?Regular music start at 03:55 in the morning and stop playing 23:59 when the gym closes Start a new playlist at 00:05 (after midnight) where i have Alarm sounds :) that plays for just 10min and then stops and nothing else plays until 03:55 when the regular music starts againI have been looking around but i am not confident to set it up correct and i dont want alarm sounds to be on from 00:05 and all night :) haha

New router fitted and can't get alexa on sound bar

I got delivery of my beam 2 on the 6th and have the 5.1 setup with sub and one SLs which is great.Ive had an issue twice now with my beam going full volume sounding like a machine guns going off in my livingroom which is unbearable, especially for my dog 😅 and I’ve unplugged it straight away. Once plugged back in it’s fine. The first time was when connecting the beam to my TV but the hdmi had not yet been plugged into the unit, so power on only, 2nd time was when I had paused the tv for a few minutes.I will submit a diagnostic to Sonos next week when I can contact support but thought in the meantime I’d check if this is something anyone else has had issues with as I can’t find anything online? Thanks in advance 🎵

Playing music on my Roam is a very frustrating hit and miss thing. Sometimes it works, but more often it doesn’t. Never had this problem with JBL bluetooth speakers. It works great on wi-fi, but not when travelling. It shows the connection on my phone and music is playing, but no sound comes out of speaker. I have turned off speaker and un paired and re paired in many different instances and still no go. I can’t figure out what I do differently when the music actually plays. I am using this only when not in my home with the wi fi connection. Anyone have similar issues? Have any fixes?

Hey everyone,I just bought a pair of ERA 100 Speakers that I want to put on wallI also bought the dedicated wall support but I’m wondering if I can rotate the speakers 90° just like below :I think the speakers pretty heavy and i’m scared it fall, is it possible ?

My system (running on Sonos Net) has been stable for about a year. For no reason, no WLAN changes etc. the r/h stereo pair (Play3 - deats below), keeps ”forgetting” its paired status and no music will play thru it. The L/H speaker works fine, whilst still paired. If I break the pair I can play music thru the individual R/H speaker without needing to reconnect to SonosNet or system. I can even re add the 2 speakers to a steep pair again with no problem. However, overnight the R/H speaker will stop playing in a pair and I have to repeat the same process. It is not dropping network or Sonos net connection overnight. I have removed the whole system and reconfigured it all again but same thing keeps happening. Also, recent software updates (latest = 15.7) removed my System Name from the config and only retained the speaker products. Had to re enter the System Name multiple times as keeps forgetting this setting. Also, when streaming from Spotify, crossfade does not work, tracks cut into eac

Hi I am running a Stero pair of Sonos 5 and the sub and want to pair up a turntable , can any one suggest the WIFI connected turntable that I may look at which would connect and play without the RCA cables.Need to connect over wifi please

Hi, I am using 2x Era 100 as stereo pair connected to my PC via Bluetooth. I’d like to add a Sub mini to this pair. Will this system work for Bluetooth streaming via PC/Mac? Sonos website mentions that the Sub Mini does not support Bluetooth. I know I could add them as a system on Sonos app and airplay music, but I am not sure if it will work with BT.

I have a Sonos sound bar, subwoofer and 2 speakers that I purchased in late 2016 in the US. I’ve just moved to the UK and I’m hearing that components ‘should’ be able to be used here in the UK but I want to confirm that before I try plugging them in and connecting them. How can I determine what models I have, and if they are or are not able to be used here in the UK?

I have three zones. Somehow the app got scrambled, misidentifying each zone. How do I reprogram the app? Thanks
