Hi,We use the S2 Sonos App - and Deezer as the music streaming service, I can see in the S2 app that its possible to change the Deezer profile - but nothing happens, so it seems to be an issue on the S2 side - as S2 can read the available profiles from Deezer but not selected themThis is a bit frustrating for my wife and kids, but also me as its mine account that is being used for all listingCan anybody please advise how to fix this? or even better @Sonos please advise when this small bug can be mitigated?Thanks in advance :)

Can I add sub gen 3 to arc+2 eras 300 and still DOLBY ATMOS? 

Hi. After moving out from my dads place I took my play:1 with me… Now I cant connect them to my own Wi-Fi… What I have triedMakes my own Sonos account I have reset the speakers (bc of “new” owner  bc the sonos was connect to my dads account) They are plug into the lightning plugs They do pop up in my sonos (s2) app The light on top off them are green When the try connect to my account or Wi-Fi it’s says there is a problem to try again (I don’t really know how to try again?) I have disconnected and connected my Wi-Fi 2 times nowWhat can I do to make them work???  I feel like I have tried to follow every step I could find online.  EXTRA info I cant open system in The app either

I have been experiencing an intermittent issue, whereby internet radio is interrupted for up to about 5-10 seconds, every couple of minutes.This issue never happens when I am streaming music from my NAS drive, only with internet radio.I have monitored internet traffic and can see no spikes or other errors when the problem occurs.  The broadband is running at well within the capacity of the router.Yesterday when it kept happening, I changed the WiFi channel of the Sonos and today, so far, the problem hasn’t happened.  I don’t understand why this would be the solution, otherwise why would streaming from a NAS not also suffer?I have a Play:1, Play:3 and Connect in my system.  The Play:3 is wired to the router and is the primary speaker in the group.  All speakers are in a single group as I always have the same music playing in all rooms.Before I changed the channel I rebooted the router and the speakers, but the problem persisted.Any advice or opinions welcomed.  Apologies if this has bee

I have the original soundbar and it has the sub plugged into it. Was working fine LONG after upgrading a ton of stuff to S2. Suddenly no sound on the TV, no sub at all, and the horrible software is telling me the device is incompatible and gives me an upgrade link that goes to the website to buy a replacement. Yet the website says the device is compatible with S2.

 Hi community,I recently purchased the Five, which works and sounds great however I purchased the Five in order to connect my old 1980s record player together with my vintage amplifier but I can’t get any sound 😥 I think it’s best to show you a pic of the options I have in order to connect the line in (I bought 3.5mm jack to 2 RCA cable). Looking at the picture provided, where do I plug it into? I’ve tried everything except for the speaker component as the RCA doesn’t fit it. Please help as it’s been a days of days of trying with no sound. I have a mix of old and new Sonos components in my house running S1: 2xPlay:5 (gen2), a Play:5 (gen 1), Connect:Amp and a few more. It happened twice that our kids or their friends see the Sonos prompt to upgrade to S2, and initiate the process without asking. They maybe think they're doing us a favor.The first time we managed to downgrade all devices to S1. The second time not. One of the Play:5 gen 2 speakers refuses to downgrade.I’m using the S2 app and follow all the instructions (reset/reinstall S2 app, reset speaker, etc.). The app finds the speaker and eventually starts the downgrade process. It shows a downgrading progress bar for about 3 minutes and then finally a message that it was unable to downgrade the speaker.No details about the error.I’ve tried this multiple times, with ethernet and wifi connection, I added the speaker to S2 and then completely removed and reset it. All of a sudden, I'm having issues with one of our arcs. When trying to use sonos voice control for any command it will reply,  "I can't locate that. Please check your product name." I can say anything and that's the reply. Tried unplugging the power. Tried removing voice control and reinstalling. Tried unplugging, holding down Infiniti button to reset, reinstalling voice control... all fails with same message. The arc shows up in my controller and it works via my phone but the Sonos voice command simply stopped working when it had been working just fine for a year. I'm stumped. Any ideas?

So, I am fairly new to Sonos and I bought an Era 300. Love the sound but hate the app. Following advice from thts forum I was told that the only way to get my albums into the Sonos app from Amazon Unlimited Music was to add them to my library in Amazon MU. I think it was either add to favourities or my library or my music but it was click on the big plus sign. Did that no problem and sure enough they appeared in my Sonos appNow this is a pretty rubbish way to do it Anyway all was find until yesterday wh en about 40 albums disappeared leaving me with just 5I mean WTH? Anyone have any idea why this has  happened and how to recitify it?i had planned to order my second Era 300 but I just dont feel confident with the app and I want to play spatial music. Ta in advance

My wife uses the My Music page to save albums from our connected Amazon Music service.  Today she noticed there are now only 6 albums listed instead of dozens.  I also notice that what remains are just albums starting with the letter A.  How did they disappear?  Are they recoverable?

Only the first 5 artists show in 'my music'.  Same with albums, only the first 5 show up.  If I click on tracks, they're all there.  Search function works to find artists and albums.  I've deleted and readded Amazon and the sonos app. Still only shows first 5.  I'm on S1 and this is across all devices used.

The Sonos app on my Android phone and on my iPad are both showing only the first five albums in my Amazon Music library “My Albums” view (Browse => Amazon Music => My Music => Albums), out of more than 300 that should be visible.  I tried (1) forcing the app to stop and re-starting it, then (2) re-authorising Amazon in the Sonos app on my phone, but the problem persists.  My 300+ albums are still there in my Amazon Music account, because I can see them in the Amazon Music app.  Why does the Sonos app only show the first five?  Is anyone else seeing this?  Is there a fix?

I lost my internet service and am waiting for the ISP to come out.  In the meantime, my neighbor is generously offered to let me connect to his router.  I have connected my mobile and a couple of TV’s in my house, but I am having difficulty connecting any of my Sonos products.  When I launch the Sonos app, at the top it says “WiFi isn’t connected Learn More”.  After tapping on that, it gives me another page with “WiFi isn’t connected AND You need to connect this mobile device to the same network as Sonos”.  At the bottom it has an icon indicating “Go to WiFi settings”.  After tapping on a WiFi screen pops up showing some of the available networks.  The top one is the one my mobile is connected to and it shows “Connected”.  I cannot figure out what I’m doing wrong.

Hello all, I just bought a Sony turntable with phono preamp to play vinyl on. I currently have the Amp, Sub, Arc, and two Sonos architectural built in speakers. The whole Sonos system is set up in my family room like surround sound. When I connect the turntable to the Amp, the app does not give me the option for Browse> Line-In. Does that mean that I would have to disconnect my surround sound system from the Amp in order for it to play the turntable? I would love to leave everything connected and just be able to play my turntable over the whole system. Is that possible?

I bought an in ground passive subwoofer and would like to connect it to my Amp. I ran 12 AWG wire from the sub to the Amp and then realized it was an RCA connector. Do I need to install anything between the RCA connector and the speaker wire? Or, do I just need to buy an RCA connector?

I want to to connect my Sonos on my tv and have only this sound (not my tv sound )i want to control the sound with my Apple TV remote ( i can put in temporary audio out but not in default…i need to do every time i open my tv go to setting go to temporary unclick to tv sound and click to Sonos !!! pls anyone can help me ??? I am house sitting at the moment and the owner told me I can use their SONOS play1. If AirPlay was compatible with this speaker, I’d be fine but, as it isn’t, I have two questions:Can I log into my own SONOS account and use it with their speaker? How is it possible to log out of their account to log into mine? Would this mess up their system when they return to log in? If option 1 is not possible, can I log into my music service on their account and log out of it when I leave? They use SONOS in their main home - if I logged in, would they have access to my music service? I’m embarrassed of my music choices, so want to stay as private as possible! Thank you.

Good morning, looking for some help here as driving me nuts now!BBC Radio 2, in this instance, but same with all BBC Sounds  stations. Drops out after 10-15 seconds.So far, I have hard wired a device, rebooted all devices, deleted app, re-authorised Sounds, and still have the same issue.If I Airplay from a device to a Sonos, it works without issues.Which leads me to the Sounds/Sonos issue? What can we try next?

I have an Arc, sub and Era 300s for rears. Arc is connected via eArc to an LG G3 TV.I’m using the Dolby Labs Functional Testing album on Apple Music on an Apple TV 4K. When I play the 7.1 track, everything sounds great. Surround and rear surround channels are very distinct, and the rear surround channels are as loud as the surround channels. Surrounds play from the outside speakers, and rear surrounds from the inside speakers. Great! However, when I play the Atmos tracks, it’s a different story. Surrounds and rear surrounds sound identical, and both come from the outside speakers. It seems as though all I can hear the the inside speaker is probably some reverberation. Is this a bug, by design, or something wrong with my system? The Sonos app correctly shows 7.1 pcm or Dolby Atmos, as appropriate.As an aside, the Arc was originally connected via Arc to an older Sony TV (so no Atmos support). When I got the LG and connected the Arc to it, I got no height channel playback at all when play
