Alexa whisper mode doesn't work on Era 100

Question

I have Alexa whisper mode on but it responds loudly. I have tested it on Era 100 and One. It works on One but not Era 100.

Hi @Sol 123Welcome to the Sonos Community!I believe the issue you describe is related to, and will be fixed along with, the issue discussed here:There are no steps you can presently take to get it working - this will take some work on ours'and Amazon’s side of things.I hope this helps.
