Problem with Move in new house

We have recently moved house and tried to set our our various Sonos speakers again but are having trouble with one of the Move’s. We can get it working correctly for 2 or 3 seconds but then the volume drops down to 15 automatically and we can hardly hear it. If we put it up again the same thing happens. Any ideas ?

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports - the volume ramping down to 15% is usually indicative of a fault.
