I have 4 speakers in our dining room. I would like to rename each so it is easy to make adjustments like indpenedent volume levels. For example I would like to rename one speaker “front” another “bar”. etc.

You can change the name of the room associated with the speaker in the Sonos app. Go to Settings > System and tap on the room/speaker you would like to change. Then under “Name” tap the room name and type your custom name.

If you have them as stereo pairs you’d have to adjust them as pairs so volume first then fine tune with the balance.
