DEFECTIVE SPEAKER

I have a total of 5 speakers 5s, 3s and 1  All S1.

the 1 does not connect it is unreadable to the system and all the others are on. I have tried every thing but I think it is cooked. can I please get it replaced and how.  Please advise.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
