Help pls! Sonos play 5 was working fine till last night I go to use it and it’s not working, I’ve tried everything the app tells me to do but still nothing, on my sonos app it’s saying can’t connect to Sonos Wi-Fi , I’ve been through all the problem solving but still it won’t connect .

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.


Although, based on rereading your post, the first thing I’d try is directly wiring it to your router with an Ethernet cable, to see if it then shows up,.
