sound from Sonos Arc is ok when playing netflix or hbo max, but NOT when playing sound from the TV, any idea why?, everything is connected properly to the TV as netflix and hbo max work ok

I'd start by looking at what sound format Sonos is playing when using these sources - this is reported in the app. Streaming services are mostly DD5.1 or Atmos, TV could be PCM 2.0 now, but can maybe be changed in the TV or settopbox settings.
