I have a problem where there isn’t any sound at all from youtube app. I have a samsung tv and an arc soundbar. It looks like the app may have bee updated on 8/30/2023 which is about when the sound stopped. I can get sound by unplugging the tv and going directly to youtube app. If I leave the app and come back, no sound.

The recent Samsung update is causing the problem. The temporary fix is setting the Digital Output Audio Format setting on the TV to PCM until Samsung can address the problem.
