Has anyone been able to get TuneIn (New) to work on their Sonos system? I have registered for the new app and rebooted my system, but it still doesn’t work. This is incredibly frustrating. We listen to local radio streamed through our Sonos for about two-thirds of the day. If anyone has any suggestions about how to listen to terrestrial radio, I would appreciate it. For now, I guess we’ll be streaming through directly through the stations’ web apps. 

Good day! We just bought an Era 100 for our seasonal porch, but we’d like to add the option of running our old (circa late 1990’s/early 2000’s) 5-CD player, which is inside our house, through the system. What does the architecture look like? What hardware do we need? Thanks.

I have an LG C1 with an Earc port. I have all setting set up how google searches say.Game sounds are not playing properly apart from in dolby digital.Example the witcher 3 i have 100s of hours on multiple platforms played i know how the game is ment to sound. With the beam 2 using 5.1 uncompressed all the ambient sounds are very hard to hear this is the same in atmos to.I even sent the beam 2 in for replacement. They sent me a new 1 same problem.Please understand I am not talking about sound quality the beam sounds great using lg tv apps but games other than in dolby digital sound dead.Atmospheric sounds like weather effects rain etc and the wind the hussle and bussle are almost inaudible.Tried Cyberpunk 2077 night city in any setting other than DD sounds empty you can hear cars driving and honking and music not much else even on a crowded street.Hogwarts legacy the great hall filled with students you can hardly hear it unless its on DD but the problem with DD is its compressed and not

Hello everyone, I’ve recently bought an Arc and I couldn’t wait to add it to my system to replace my Beam Gen 2 which is currently paired to my Sub Gen 3 and a pair of Ones as surrounds which will be soon replaced by a pair of Era 300. My Beam and Sub are connected to the router (a 5 port hub actually) by ethernet while my Ones on Wi-Fi and everything works fine, I even have a pair of SYMFONISK in my bedroom connected on Wi-Fi. I’ve spent an entire evening trying to connect the Arc to my system but I couldn’t get it to work, I’ve tried everyting in my knowledge but nothing happened: tried several times to factory reset the Arc, tried to reboot the router, tried to connect on Wi-Fi and then by ethernet but nothing changes: I always get this type of errors (I translate from italian so I don’t know if the translation is accurate with the actual message with the app set to english):  Connection to Sonos Arc was interrupted. Hello. The sound of my beam gen 2 with sub mini became quieter and got worse in overall quality after 15.5 version update. The sub mini looks like it got less powerful too. Did it happen to anyone else? I tried trueplay again and reset to factory settings but it didnt help.

I’m not able to connect Google Assistant to my Sonos Five and Sub (3rd gen).  Per the instructions, I’ve linked my music (Spotify) to both Sonos and Google.  I also confirmed the Five supports Assistant The instruction page from Sonos shows clicking on Assistant in the Sonos app and then it opening Assistant to complete the setup.  Instead of the GA setup page, I get a “Set up Google Assistant” help page which tells me to go to the Assistant App to connect it When I go to the Google Assistant app and link or reconnect my Sonos account, it connects successfully.   I can cast to my Sonos but GA doesn’t recognize it as a device I can add When I go to the “Devices” section in Assistant and Home, it only shows the Google devices and Assistant eligible and doesn’t show the Sonos.  I get the exact same process on both iPhone and Pixel 7 ProI called Sonos to help and the rep said “It’s a Google problem so call them” which is less than helpful answer.  Anyone have a solution to this?  

Is it Spotify or is it SONOS that determines what feeds/categories/sections are available within the Spotify service when it is connected on the SONOS controller?  I want to know who I should speak with because “DAILY MIXES” are no longer available to me via the SONOS controller, and some of the categories are using Spanish titles.  e.g  “Eschuchado receientemente”.

Hi Guys I have 56 albums saved to My Sonos... I can't add anymore. Why is there a limit to the number of albums stored in My Sonos? 56 isn't very many... Is there a plan to extend the available slots? Best wishes Phil

Dear people from sonos,I have a sonos beam (gen 2) and I'm very happy with it. I have a issue with the voice commands lately and would like to solve this problem. If I ask ‘hey google, play ….. on spotify’ it says: '’Oke, I will play the playlist of ….. on spotify’ and then nothing happens. I already put the sonos bar off and on again, I reauthorised and reinstalled the spotify app in the sonos app en the google home app but now i'm running out of options. could you please help me? If i ask other things, like google search, it works. So it really is the connection with spotify I think. Hope to hear from you.kind regards,Mathijs

Hello,  Just bought the arc and sub3. I come from a standalone reciever where when using the microphone the bass level, speaker level where adjusted along with how many meters there were from listening position to the sub and to the speakers. It also adjusted how low (hz) the speakers should play and when the sub were to take over (hz).  is this also what trueplay does?  is it normal that after running trueplay the EQ settings is set to “0” as before running Trueplay? if I turn of my sub and leave trueplay on, will my arc then play a lower bass as it “thinks” the sub is playing? If i turn off my sub do I then need to turn off Trueplay so that the arc will play more bass?I can’t seem to understand that people are satisfied with the bass level on the arc alone. I think it is almost non-existing. With the sub however the system kicks ass.Thanks.

not sure what I am doing wrong herethis is my setupTechnics SL120M7L turntable with Ortofon Concorde MKII cartridgeconnected to a Project Phono Box (grounded)then connected to the Sonos AMPDali Oberon 3 Bookshelf are connected to the ampgood news is when I steam Spotify to the amp the sound is incredible from the speakersWhen I do line in for the turntable its low volume and distorted if I turn it up high its awful, there is an issue with the input from the SL1200 to the AMP but I cannot work out what it is…any ideas or advise would be extremely appreciated I “think” its the phono box but not sure does any have SL1200 setup and working with an AMP if so what are you using ?

Hi, i currently have a Beam Gen 2, and i am planing to expand the ecosystem, now that i have the soundbar, i am looking into upgrade my current sonos for music listening, i am torn between adding a sub mini, or just get 1 era 300, my question is interms of music listening will beam gen2+sub-mini be better or a era300 sounds better? Need help on this from the experience user out there.. thanks in advance

Suddenly, only 2 locations out of 5 are showing in my android app. They all show on my desktop and I can control them from there. I’ve restarted the phone several times but only recovered 1 location (only 1 showed initially). I’m kind of at a loss as to what to do from here to bring the locations back. Any thoughts?

When I play a Spotify song thru the Sonos app and put it on repeat 1 (repeat that one song) it keeps starting the song over and over after about 10 seconds each time, it never ends. I saw some old posts about this same issue but they were all closed and I didn’t see any resolutions or updates that fixed it. Is this still an issue? Anyone have a solution or update on this?

Hello Everyone,I recently went on an extended work trip and wanted to bring my roam to listen to in the hotel. The bluetooth worked at first but after a week or so, it acts as though it has been completely forgotten by my home system and I can no longer use the bluetooth because it is acting like it has never been set up before.I tried making a local network on my laptop with the same WIFI network name and password as my home system but the app then wants me to reconfigure all of my devices to the new local WIFI network I made which obviously can’t happen since I am not at home.Additionally, I have tried adding the roam to the local network but when sonos checks for updates to the app, it gives me an Error 1001.Any help will be appreciated as I will not be home for at least 2 months and would like to have a decent speaker to listen to. I have a non-functioning Roam. When placed on charging base, or charged by USB, there is a solid orange light for 10-15 seconds which then disappears.I’ve tried the holding of the power button for 15 seconds thing a number of times, on and off the USB and the charging base.The Sonos app recognises its disappeared but can’t find it again. No tones indicating being turned off or on again have been apparent. Rest of system functional. I can’t be certain, but it may have been left off the stand long enough to drain the battery. I’ve left it for long periods on the charging base, and also by USB-C. No joy!

Here's the situation:I recently received the Roam as a Father's Day gift, and I've been enjoying playing music through both my home theater setup (Arc + 2 Ones) and the Roam simultaneously. However, I encountered a major issue today that has left me scratching my head.After briefly streaming music through AirPlay to both my home theater and the Roam, I noticed that my home theater stopped playing audio, while the Roam continued to function normally. I attempted to reconnect my home theater via AirPlay, but to my dismay, I received a vague error message on my iPhone.In my desperation to find a solution, I went through an extensive troubleshooting process, including multiple router resets, reaching out to customer support, and even unplugging and reconnecting the Arc. Hi,I am setting up a new Sonos-system with Arc, 2xETA300 and Sub. My Sony-TV only has HDMI with ARC, not eARC and therefore I only get 5.1 to the soundbar. I use Netflix and Viaplay on a AppleTV (4K).My question is: Is it possible to get Atmos to the soundbar with this equipment? I see that some people says that the Hdfury Arcana-adapter will solve this, has anyone in the forum tried this?  

HelloI have a problem with my roamWhen i turn it on and press play it connects to the last radio station, so it usese the wifi but when i try to access the setings from the sonos app it just sees it ppwer off.What can i do pls?Already tryed the 12 swconds reset and did nothing.

Hi, How do connect a turntable ground wire to Sonos port? I have a turntable (Dual 429 CS - https://hifi.dual.de/en/products/automatic/cs-429/) that has a ground out, but Sonos port does not have a place to connect that ground out. Any work-around this? Has anyone come-across this issue? 

I just re-subscribed to Sirius XM and now  keep getting the error that the connection has been lost. It will play all our other channels and music subscriptions, like Pandora and YouTube Music just fine, but it won’t stay connected to the SiriusXM, despite uninstalling and reinstalling the Sonos SiriusXM app. What else can we do to fix it?Thank you!

I recently moved away from my parents where my Sonos Play:1 was originally placed in a system using my dads e-mail. When i moved in my roomate already had a sonos that was connected to her account and i’ve been trying to connect mine to it as well but it is not working. I’ve tried factory resetting and used the add new product in the app but it constantly fails.Dansk:Jeg er lige flyttet hjemmefra med min Sonos Play:1 og skal sætte den på min roomies konto fordi det er kontoen på wifi’et, men det virker ikke.
