I'm currently experiencing connectivity problems with my Samsung S20 Ultra phone when using the Spotify app. Specifically, I cannot see my Sonos devices to connect. However, when I check with another Android or Apple device, the Sonos devices are visible and connect seamlessly

There was an outage raised on the 9th of September regarding general Spotify playback failing to start on Sonos. It’s possible that your S20 was hit with the issue first and your other devices after. You can check the current status of music services on Sonos on our status page

Checking with our team, this issue was resolved around an hour ago, so you should be able to use Spotify again without issue. If you’re still having issues with using Spotify on your S20, please let me know.
