Sonos PLAY 5 disconnected from the app

I can´t connect my Sonos PLAY 5 (early edition) in the app. Shows white light. It is wired to the Router. All other Products and system are working, System is updated. Have tried troubleshooting processes; Find missing Product, Add Product, Re-start Product, Re-start Router.

Ideas are more than welcome :0)

Hi @TheFlyingMadcase, welcome to the Sonos Community.

From the steps you’ve tried, it sounds like a hardware failure. However it would be best to reach out to our support team as there may be extra troubleshooting steps they can perform, such as an LED diagnostics, as the Play:5 LED seems to still be working.
