When I try to play any music on Apple Music I am told by the controller that it cannot play the music as there is not enough bandwidth and that I need to check my internet connection. However, the app works fine with Amazon Prime music and the Apple Music app plays fine with Apple Music. So there seems to be some misconnection between Sonos and my network connection. Changing networks, trying a different Mac, varying network settings etc does not change the situation: no Apple Music. Any thoughts on what’s happening and what I need to do to fix the problem? 

I have 2 play 1's and a connect in my system.  I will be playing music through the sonos app (S1) streaming spotify - when the volume just skyrockets.  I try and push it back, or pause the music.  And it is though someone else is moving the volume controls. Remotely.I know it sounds weird.  But it has happened a few times.I did a diagnostic report.  I checked to see if there was any other devices on my home network. Nope.Sonos help suggested that it had to be someone else with my login, or on my wifi login.  I have not given out either.  I changed my wifi name, password.  Changed sonos userpassword.It happened again today. I read about the 2022 hack, and have the latest Sonos update for the S1 app.Any ideas? Any way to combat this?

Can I connect a hi-fi separate CD player to my era 100 via a phono cable and Sonos adapter. I currently connect a turntable this way and I’d like to use a switchable box to connect a CD player and possibly a minidisc player from my old separates system. I’m wondering if they will need a preamp? My turntable has one built in. Any thoughts?

Since upgrading to the new Iphone 15 running ios 17.0.2 I cannot use Trueplay - message states Trueplay tuning coming soon!It was fine on my Iphone 12 which was running ios 16.Any thoughts on this being a Sonos or Apple issue and when to expect a solution? 

So I bought an Era 300. Love it. However I am told that playing physical atmos music media is far better than streaming it for pure quality.I would like to buy another Era 300, an Arc and a sub Will I be able to play Atmos physical media through a ‘device’ and get true atmos sound? If so what ‘device?’Sony x800m2?Something else?

Hi,Please help - Love this community but stuck on a I have a Sonos Amp connected to Sonance Mag speakers. Now I have purchased Sonance Rock speakers with a Subwoofer.  Is it possible to connect the Sonance Rock with Sub to the Sonance Mag in Parallel?  If I cannot connect the sonance Rock with Sub in Parallel? Is it best to get another sonance Amp? And then should I connect the Sonance Sub directly to the Sub output of the Amp OR can I connect the sub directly to the speakers using the low and high pass filters?  

How can I connect my stereoset era300 to tv and get dolby atmos sound or something else dolby sound? Bluetooth works nice with music but not tv sound. If I buy usb-c adapter, is that working for me?

I have 5.1 in ceiling/wall speakers wired to an HK Receiver (NO ARC FUNCITIONALITY).  I have my LG TV connected via Optical to the receiver.  I want to connect the SONOS CONNECT to the receiver and play music or the TV without toggling outputs on the receiver.Can I route TV through SONOS CONNECT so that I can play either TV or music?

I have a Beam (with Ones for surround) connected to the ARC port on my LG OLED C2, My Nintendo Switch is connected to the TV with HDMI. I don’t have AVS. How do I play Nintendo Switch audio thru the Beam and surrounds?

We use the BBC Sounds app as an alarm every morning, recently the audio will play for an amount of time before dropping out. It will pick up again for a few seconds before dropping again. Recently bought a Move 2 as addition to my Era 300 to use together in my main living room with the option to take the Move 2 outside to flexibly broaden the area’s covered. Following 2 features are missing - any workarounds to this? - using the physical volume buttons on either device I would like to impact the other device as well (currently only 1 device impacted but they are in the same room - I want both simultaneously) - it’s possible to set individual volume levels per speaker which is nice as it allows to perfectly balance out based on position how strong each volume needs to be. However - for the automations (e.g. playing radio to wake up) this option is sadly not available.  Any workarounds, fixes, things I am missing? 

Quick vent- deeply regret purchasing Sonos products. Vent overI have a cd player connected to my Sonos Five. Sometimes playing a cd will work fine with my Sonos five. Other times, I have to select the play line-in option, and it works. Recently, I will play a cd, no audio from the five, followed by selecting line in on the app and still no audio. The strange thing is, if I wait a while (more than thirty minutes), everything then works fine. Things I have confirmed- everything is plugged in and all cables are connected. I have also confirmed the line-in is connected on the app. I have also confirmed the source level is on level 2 (after having tried other settings, as well). I have autoplay turned on. fThis problem occurs with both my turn table and cd player. Streaming works fine. 

I have a 2022 Apple TV 4K I am wanting to know if I can use 2 symfonisk lamps in a pair as my tv speakers. Thanks 

Just upgraded to a Panasonic tx-55mz800b tv to match with my Sonos beam gen 2 and sky q. My previous Panasonic did not have e arc so I had issues with Dolby and stereo sound and lip sync. The new sep up seemed to solve this but now the same problem has come back. I have turned on the bypass option in the TV’s sound settings but the problem persists. Can anyone assist, please?

I have a Boost connected to router via LAN cable, a 2nd Boost connected wirelessly and have bought a 3rd Boost (I have a large 3 storey house and want the coverage at the top of the house), the 3rd Boost is showing in my system but only as connected if I attach a LAN cable, as soon as I disconnect the cable the Boost drops it’s connection.  I can see it in the S2 app but just can’t get it to connect wirelessly (like my 2nd Boost)…… is there any known issue that would cause the 3rd Boost to not connect wirelessly?

Recently I have noticed, that using my Sonos Arc, Sub and Play 1 in Surround setup causes music to be “pulsing”, when the source is Dolby 5.1 (older movies). The problem doesn’t happen on Dolby Atmos. 

Hi there! New to the world of Sonos, have been enjoying my surround sound setup a lot these past few days. However, as others have experienced on these forums, surround sound on my Switch is proving elusive. Details:I have an Arc, Sub and two Era 100s Switch runs fine in stereo When switching to surround on the Switch, the audio test only plays 2 out of 6 sounds, from the front speakers TV is a Philips OLED754/12, which only has ARC, not eARC Audio options to tweak are extremely limited on this TV - basically just switching between “Stereo”, “Multichannel”, and “Multichannel (Bypass)”. Tried the latter two, doesn’t seem to make a differenceI suspect I’m out of luck without eARC right? But I wanted to double check just in case, especially with the new Zelda coming out! Thanks all. 😊

hello I have an era300 +sub gen3 that I use as a stereo.I am thinking of adding an arc 3,Can I use the arc without adding to the era 3 as I want to use them only for music stereo with the subwoofer?Also, can I create a room only for arc and subAnd another room for era300 with subThanks 

Hi - I am sure this query has been seen many a time but I cannot find an answer unfortunately, so I hope someone can help. I am trying to connect my Sonos 1 to my new router. It is a BT router and is exactly the same model as the one it has replaced (smart hub 1). The Sonos can be found by my phone, connects to my phone, it prompts me to update it to the new Wi-Fi, I put in the router password ….. but the Sonos will not connect. I get the Quick Help page but as far as I can see none of it applies. I’ve tried 5 times now. I’ve not done a hard reset etc. I can do this as only have the one Sonos but wondered if the community had any pointers please. Thank you. 

Hello. I am currently unable to play any track in my Plex music library through my Sonos S1 system. I can see and browse music fine, but all playback attempts fail with the message shown the title.
