I have my old Sonos products on the S1 app and my new products on the S2 app. The S1 app is now giving me the above error message and asking me to upgrade to the S2 app. When I click on ‘About my system’ the S1 app only shows the products linked to the S2 app and doesn’t recognise the old Sonos products

Turn off all your S2 products. Reset your S1 app. Restart the S1 app and choose to connect to an existing system. After connecting, power up the S2 units.
Thanks jgatie. I followed your instructions but got an error message saying “Your Sonos product was not found.” I think it was a wifi problem, so moved my Sonos Boost and did the reset above, which then worked.
