I have 7 speakers and a Port, with two Play:1 stereo pairs. Sometimes one half of one of the pairs will fall out of sync when I’ve got all of them grouped. I read that it could be a communication issue and it might help to change the channel to 1, 6, or 11, but I have an eero router and it won’t allow me to change (or even see) channels. I’m curious what the diagnostic shows, and if there’s anything else I could try. The number is 833655845.

Hi, I recently got a Sonos Beam Gen 2 to go with my new Sony Bravia XR A90K 4K OLED UHD TV. The sales person at the store claimed I wouldn’t need WiFi to be able to use this device with my TV, and this TV having lots of automatic compatibility with various devices. I unfortunately don’t have WiFi or any way to get it currently, so not needing WiFi to use this device was a selling point for me. I come home and find out I DO need WiFi apparently to set it up and configure it. I heard there was some sort of workaround involving using 2 phones, but I don’t think I got it to work. I noticed that my Sonos device does react to me using the volume controls on my TV, I can turn the volume up and down, and I definitely can tell when the device is unplugged; so obviously it is working somehow despite not being set up using WiFi. What I want to know is, will not being able to set up and configure it using WiFi cause the device to put out inferior sound, since I would lack access to any of the conf

I have a Sony A90J and a playbar connected via optical. The only way I could get the Sony remote to work with the playbar was by turning off BT on the TV, that way it would send an IR signal to the Sonos. As a result of this, every time I change the volume on my Playbar, the TV also shows a meaningless volume change bar. Meaningless because it has nothing to do with the volume coming out of the soundbar. Whether that graphic is at 0 or 100, the volume is completely controlled by the Playbar. In getting the ATV, I was hoping to eliminate this issue, where turning up the volume would not result in the annoying graphic on the tv. I don’t see a way to accomplish this, though.Thoughts?

Are any of the new speakers compatible to pair with the playbar soundbar?

Hello, I’m attempting to remove Era 100 from my sonos account, however, there doens’t seem to be an option to remove the item(s).  I’ve attempted to “clear” my account but that hasn’t helped either.  Anyone have a solution? 

Hi,I have two Sonos Move units and just reset them to factory settings after they stopped connecting to my WiFi. All is good except one of the units top plate (with the volume controls) is no longer working… Has anyone experienced this before? What’s the fix? Is this a hardware issue that needs to be replaced or is there an easier fix?Thanks  

When era 100s are connected as surrounds do all drivers on Arc fire? What happens to side firing ones? Does Arc + Sub & Rears work as 5.1.2? Assuming Arc does 5 channels (front)?

Works fine for Amazon music but I’d prefer YouTube so I can also get their videos. Is there any way around Amazon’s lack of support for using YouTube as a music source when asking Alexa to play certain music on Sonos? Thanks

Hello All!I would like to connect the Victoria Stream  turntable to my very old Sonos Play 1 and Play 3 system (circa 2013). Can this be done without buying the sonos port or sonos amplifier?  Victra website says yea but they mention Sonos One, not Sonos Play 1 which is different. Thanks for your help!Michelle 

I have an Arc and I’d like to be able to connect my non Sonos powered sub and a turntable to it. Would the Port work with the Arc and the turntable relatively flawlessly? 

Hi.My system software is still 15.1 and doesn"t update to 15.3. I have auto updates turned on and have checked manually. I have restarted my mobile (samsung s21+) with up to date software and switched off and on my router, but still no update available. Any other way to force the update?

Hello,I have noticed many times now that when on my desktop and i'm adding songs to the the queue from my library and choose them to add them to the end it places them at random spots in the queue instead of actually putting them on the end/last. What's up with that? I now have to look them up in the queue and manually drag them to the end. What could be causing this?  -Edit- I just selected 2 tracks at the same time and added them to the queue and they got placed at different spots apart from each other….🤔

Our home theatre group is comprised of an ARC SL with ARC  connection to an LG OLED, a Sub Gen 3, and two Play 1s as surrounds.  Other groups elsewhere in the house are comprised of several One SLs and one first gen Symfonisk. There is a Boost wired to the Verizon Fios router. The problem is, if the HT group is not playing while other groups are, turning on the HT stops playback in the other groups on network. It’s annoying…Any way to fix this?

I’m having an issue where Sonos will not update the music index for my NAS unless I remove and re-add the path to the NAS.I Select System/Music Library/Update Music Index Now, and it throws an error upon scanning:“Music Files Not Available[NAS path] is no longer available.  The device where the music files are stored may not be powered on, or the path may have changed.  Go to Settings>System>Music Library Setup to check the path.”But the music files are all still there, and available (minus the ones that have been added recently).  They play back just fine.  So the device is available, and it’s powered on, and the path hasn’t changed.I can then force Sonos to re-index ONLY if I remove the path to the NAS from the Music Library Setup, and then re-add the path.  The EXACT same pathname.Can’t I just get it to re-index without having to go through all that every time I add new music?  Oh, the scheduled “Music Index Update Time” function doesn’t work, either.  This is a Western Digita

I am using a 60 GB SanDisk Cruzer Glide stick containing 40 GB of music in my router as a NAS.  Sonos gives the error “unable to play (song name), unable to connect to RT-AX92U (my router)” when play or shuffle is clicked.  This eliminates a random half of my saved songs. If I use finder to locate a song, I can play anything. If I choose only one song at a time, all can be played.  This appears to be a problem with the building of the “all songs” queue.

Hi all,Firstly, yes I am aware of the boost blue dot issue, I've read the thread and am similarly frustrated by the activity. What I would like to know is if anyone else is experiencing issue with their back button? Let me elaborate...I'm in the minority and use my system predominantly to stream locally stored music files. I view by folder (not artist or album) via the Android app because that is just how my brain is wired to function and up until the latest update I had no issues. However.…Since the new version dropped, whenever I press the back button to go back a folder level (my folders are organised into letters, then sub folders with artist-album), the list super-scrolls right to the top. It does this when backing out of a single album to the artist-album list, and also from the artist-album list to the list of letters. My Sonos roam stopped working. It wouldn’t charge on the base so I bought the USB charger. Now the amber light is on but still nothing. Tried rebooting multiple times, still nothing. Not sure what to do.
