When browsing the Sirius XM -  All Live Channels within the Sonos App, it’s not showing the song title and artist.  It has been a feature within the app for years, and now it’s gone.  Is there a fix?

I set up my 3rd ERA 100 a few weeks ago.   Set up went as planned, the Era 100 was found and linked to my Wi-Fi and after unplugging and plugging it back in, it showed up int Sonos App.  After about 2 weeks it disappeared from the App and I tried several times to get it back...including resetting it at original location I set it up and also in the same room where I keep my Wi-Fi router.   Every time I reset the ERA was found by the App, I got the chime, it connected to my Wi-FI...but under no circumstances could I get it to show up as part of the Sonos System that shows in the App.   But the kicker is that it shows up when I use Apple Airplay on my phone, iPad or IMAC.   The Airplay list of devices lists my other 2 Era 100 speakers by named room and the 3rd now just at “Unnamed Room”...and it works perfectly fine using Airplay.   I guess my question is simple...the ERA 100 is certainly working and connected to my W-Fi, why won’t it show up in the Sonos App?

I just buy a Beam Gen 2 connected With HDMI eARC but when i play anything in Dolby Atmos on my Sonos App I just have the indication PCM Stereo What do I have to do to get Dolby Atmos sound?

Hi all, I have been digging into the forums here and on the web in general, and cant find a solution to this.  My Sonos One stopped responding to voice commands today.  I have tried all solutions that I could find, including deregistering & re-registering, unplugging,  rebooting my router, standing on my head while facing east…  well you get the idea.  Can anyone please help??? 

In the Sonos Music Library Settings, I put in the correct path to a network folder, but it doesn't work. It asks for username and password. I put in my Microsoft account username (email address) and password. After about an hour of the spinning circle, it fails. No feedback. What can I do?The folder is shared correctly. I can access it using File Explorer. I don’t know why it isn’t working because I get no feedback, aside from saying it doesn’t work.I’ve had this problem before. I’m sure I can figure it out eventually. I’m just bored with it at the moment. This is almost the only thing about Sonos I don’t like.

All of a sudden, my 2 Sonos Ones are not showing up in my Airplay list.  I have not changed anything and they were working fine a couple weeks ago.  I have tried power cycling them.  I have seen this exact issue on multiple boards and the answer is always that it’s “odd”.  How can it be odd if it is obviously happening to people on a fairy consistent basis?  Sounds like a Sonos issue that should be addressed.

Hello, I changed my WIFI setting, and now I m not able to register Sonos Move in Wifi. While using the Sonos APP, I pass the stage of Audio-Pin, then  Sonos Move’s  Led, goes blinking White and Green, and is asked to press the infinite Button.But that press is never recognized by the App, and the led keeps blinking white and green. Is my infinite button not working? what can I do? br

Just purchased Sonos 5 previously had a play 5 which if I asked Alexa on arc to play music in kitchen it would do this does not happen on new 5 Alexa does say playing music in kitchen but no audio thank you

Hi everyone, I was hoping someone might be able to help me…I have a Sonos arc (might be a play bar) that is connected to my Panasonic TV and sky q box. The beam works correctly when playing sky through the tv, however, when selecting the apps (Netflix for example) through the TV, the audio from sky continues to play in the background. This has never happened before and I fear someone has messed with the settings or similar…. please help!

trying to update my sonos speaker to update my music libary for my nas drive saying path not found but will play on my computer but wont let me update any music ive put onto my nas drive im using windows 10 on a desktop computer

So after learning today that Sonos Voice Control can finally control Spotify I quickly ditched Google Assistant.  We’ve got 4 Spotify accounts registered with Sonos and I can’t figure out a way to get it to play from a specific Spotify account. Has anyone else been able to get this working?

 My setup is a LG B2 OLED, Apple TV, a Beam connected to the TV via eARC, and 2 Era 100s connected to the Beam as surrounds in the Sonos app.The last few months Ive had this setup, its worked great. I usually use it for watching YouTube/Netflix/Spotify through my Apple TV. However, about a week ago, my issue started happening - Now when listening to YouTube or Spotify on Apple TV, the surround speakers do not play any audio. Again, they previously did before, and I changed no settings. I used to be able to go into the Sonos app in the surround audio section and adjust how much the Era100s would play vs the Beam, now regardless of whether they are set at 0 or +15, there is still no surround sound. I can airplay directly to the Sonos system with Spotify on my phone for example, but this is not ideal - I want the Eras to work as TV speakers for Youtube, which they have done before. I can even change the volume of YouTube through Apple TV that is coming out of the beam by using the touch c

Hi all - Ridding our house of Sonos that don’t play nice with S2 controller / app Need to drive 2 outdoor, non-powered speakers  Been using Sonos amp connect zp100 and zp120 Like to use s2 controller  what’s the lowest cost option to drive them but using s2 app /controller over WiFi  Also - have seen the Sonos Connect’s Gen 2 for S2 - looks like RCA jacks on the back. My speakers have regular, old fashioned speaker “wire” thx all - very much  will likely just grab something on the 2nd hand market  much appreciated !!

Hello, I have a problem with my Sonos One gen 2. After a power outage, my Sonos refuses to connect to the Wi-Fi network (eternet too...). I want to do a hard reset. By staying pressed on the synchronization button and plugging in the socket but it always flashes white, never orange. I tried on my second and no problem. Is there another solution?

I’m thinking about replacing my Sonos Connect:AMP (runs with S2) with the newer Sonos Amp.I’m using the connect:amp to power two speakers and a sub - mostly streaming music from a laptop connected to connect:amp via RCA in; and from my media library located on my desktop.  Desktop shared on LAN via ethernet cable, connect:amp via wifi.  (New Orbis router.)Media library consists of ripped CDs in flac - CD quality uncompressed.We are having occastional issues with skipping.I thought I might as well go ahead and update my old connect:amp just to move to more recent tech.  But I’m on the fence.Does anyone know if the wifi antenna in the newer Amp is an improvement over the Connect:AMP?     

Getting this error in the sonos android app version 16.1 Have a sonos arc, a 'sub', and 2 play 1s. All connected through a 2.4ghz network on an Archer A10 router. With an RE650 wifi extender in the same room as the system. All of the pieces are connected to the same 2.4ghz network and all have IP addresses. The surround and sub work for a bit if I factory reset the extender and they all connect to it but then stop working after a seemingly random amount of time.  It's getting tedious having to reset my entire network every few days when I want to watch a movie. Has anyone had this issue and found a resolution?

I just bought Sonos One and trying setup google assistant on my android phone using S2 updateI did following steps:Start connecting to google assistant when google device wizard appears (sometimes it dont) it redirect me to sonos site which promts me information about how can i open settings when I am pressing continue, I am seeing message that my speaker was not registered in my sonos account  When i am checking my web account page, it clearly shows me date when my device has been registered. I cannot register it manually again. I am stuck at this stepI am hoping to find help here,  i checked other similar topics they seems like had different issues 

Today my SONOS devices are visible from my Windows PC, but not my iPhone or iPad.   This was working on Thursday.  I have rebooted my Apple devices and no change.  All devices are at:Sonos OS: S2Version: 16.1 (build 78151070)

Hi all,  To be more energy efficient I would like to use a remote wall outlet so I can cut the power with a Bluetooth remote.Can this repeatedly damage the Sonos speaker?There is no  is energy save option for this type of speaker. cheers, Denis

Hello, I currently own a Sonos Move 2 and have connected it via Line-In to my TV, luckily my TV lets me account for audio delay so, after setting it to 75ms, I can use the Move 2 as a TV speaker, now my question would be that if I were to buy a Playbase and group them together (if possible), if I could use both devices without latency/ added latency that I can't account for, as well as if I can use the Move 2 as a Sub, by f.e turning the Treble down/ Bass Up.

I recently bought the Sonos arc, era 300 (x2) and subwoofer in order to create a TV surround system . The app seems to force me to set the ARC up in a separate “room” versus the era 300 and mini sub. It appears the only way I can get them to work together is to combine them in a “group”. Is this the correct set up or should the app allow me to put all devices in one “room”? If so, how do I remove the ARC from one room and reassign to the room with the 300 and mini sub?  it does not appear to be easy or obvious based upon my previous attempts.  Thanks

I have purchased the pair of stands for the era 300 speakers. Upon assembly one of the poles seems to have manufacturing issues, as the screw holding either the base or the speaker will not screw into the hole, I assume the thread is faulty.  I have tried and tried to the point I am worried about damaging one of the product, but I can not assemble the stand.  anyone else had this issue or progressed a replacement part order with Sonos?

I see the spec sheet saying that alexa and google will work with the in-wall and in-ceiling speakers when using the sonos amp. My question goes a little further:Are the listening microphones that support true tune and the alexa/google integration… are those in the speakers themselves?  The reason for the question: If I have a zone in the primary bedroom, the speakers will be in the walls, but the Sonos AMP will live back in the AV closet down the hall… will I need an additional google Nest Mini to act as the voice integration mic for the room OR will the alexa/google integration work directly from the in-wall speakers?
