I have two Era 100 speakers that are paired. Music will often cut out in one of the speakers for a few seconds before coming back on. You can’t really hear it if you’re a distance from the speakers but you can really notice it if you’re facing them with one speaker on your left and right. It almost feels like the music is bouncing between both of the speakers. Any suggestions for how to fix this?

I have a Sonos Playbase that is no longer connecting to Wifi. It only works when connected via Ethernet cable. I have tried via Sonos S2 and S1 apps but it just doesn't create that temporary network or adjusts to my new network (it was previously wired). I have heard some previous discussions about the wifi card failing, but not sure if it is my case or if I'm just doing something wrong. Any way to run a diagnostics?

Hi, Can I connect the streamer directly to the Sonos Beam to listen to music?

In the Sonos app, spotify works for Playlist and Numbers and all others….but when I select Albums (my libary) I recieve a time out failure…..spotify connection renewed, sonos app reinstalled, chatted for hours with Sonos and Spotify….no resolution…..issue occurs on Desktop (W10, Iphone, Ipad)

My Samsung Frame (mod QE65LS03RAUXXC, Firmware v. T-MSMDEUC-1420.0) have recently startet to use internal speakers instead of my Sonos Arc. To get the sound through the Arc I have to go to "Input Signal Plus" on the Samsung TV and enable or disable (doesn't matter  which order) a couple of times, and then sound flows through the Arc as normal.. That is until next time I power on the TV. The Arc is connected to eArc HDMI 3 on the Samsung one connect.I’m running ver 16.1.1 78152020 on the Arc.Anyone else encountering this problem?

Hi I have a stereo pair of Era 100s setup in a room. I have activated Sonos Voice Control on the right speaker.When I issue an alarm command “Hey Sonos set alarm for 5 minutes”, the right speaker responds confirming the command, however when the alarm chime sounds after 5 minutes it only plays in the left speaker and I can only turn it off at the left speaker.Any suggestion on how to get the alarm to play in both speakers? And so I don’t have to walk over to the left speaker to turn it off and can do it on the right speaker. 

I've just bought an Era100, showing in the Sonos app as not registered, tried to register lots of times,  uninstall the app, restarted router and phone but it still shows the spanner and says problem with app. Getting extremely frustrated. Can't group other speakers to it.

Recently started using Sonos Voice Control and tried using the command to level out the volume for all speakers. Sonos voice assistant shot back with a confirmation, even going so far as to say, “Setting the volume for all speakers to 20%,” but when I checked the app for confirmation I was getting different volume levels across the board. Anyone else having a similar experience? Tried doing a quick search but the only solution I found was the one I previously employed which required me to go into the app, slide the group volume down all the way, let go for half a second, and drag the slider back up.Any insights would be appreciated.

Je n’ai pas trouvé de réponse. Play 3 configuré en Wifi à partir d’une box fibre Orange et un répéteur wifi. la configuration du Play 3 se fait sans problème je me connecte à partir de l’app S2 sans problème sur le Play 3 pour faire des recherches et lancer de la musique. le problème une fois la musique en cours message « connexion impossible remédions à ceci…. »j’ai suivi le re-configuration mais toujours même problème. j’ai déplacé le Play 3 plus près de la box orange toujours même problème. Sur l’app j’ai supprimé le Play et refais l’installation complète, toujours même problème. une fois la musique en route perte de la connexion et impossible de reconnecter le Play 3. seule possibilité pour arrêter la musique est le bouton pause sur le play 3. j’en suis arrivé à me dire que je vais changer mon plat 3 par une autre marque. Quelqu’un a t il déjà rencontré se problème ?une solution ?cdtJean-Pierre Moderator edit:Google Translate-Good morningTh

Hi,I have a two pair Era 100 that are connected to the computer (Mac) with Line in and it’s doesn’t work well.When I play a video or something else only one of the speakers work (the wired one). I tried to repair them and both worked to few hours and it’s back.How do I fix it?Thank you.

I just got two Era 300s and a sub for my house, where I host a lot of dance parties. I was super excited by how rich and powerful the sound was when I put volume up all the way, but I noticed it suddenly cut the volume down to 15% on certain tracks when the bass kicked in. I’m curious if this is a safety feature to keep the speakers from damaging themselves, or if there’s something wrong?I’m worried it’ll do that in the middle of the parties, but also don’t wanna damage the speakers. Thoughts?

Hello, my Sonos Arc has stopped working. There is no central connecting light red/green/white and the microphone light is constantly on (white.) Unplugged, re-booted……nothing at all??Thanks

I have a Play 3 speaker and what to add a turntable to our system. can anyone advise if this is possible? 

My Sonos Arc, which has been working perfectly in the middle of a show on Netflix had some audio drops, where it would mute for a bit then come back on. Finally tonight, audio dropped then an incredibly loud blaring noise played for a second. After that all functionality was lost and my TV defaulted to using its own speakers. I saw someone say that an update was sent out ~4 months ago that solved this issue. This clearly isn’t the case as this has been a reported issue for over 2 years now. Is there any way to fix this, and does Sonos plan to actually fix this issue?

Hello, I have a new Sonos Move 2 Olive. I am happy with my purchase but I cannot get the 24 hour battery life. If I take the Move out of the charging dock, stream WiFi-radio true TuneIn and set the volume between 5 and 10, my Move 2 doesn't last much longer than 6 hours, 8 hours at most. What playback conditions is the 24 hour playtime based on? Greetings, Wim

Hi.  I have an Arc + 2 ONE SLs in the main room for TV.I recently retrieved my old turntable and amp and am thinking to connect it to 2 x ERA100 in a back room via Line-in.But it occurs to me that if the ERA100s are then added to my Wifi network,  is it possible to stream the turntable to Arc system in the main room using the Sonos app?Thanks

Hi!I am not sure where the issue lies, but I would really appreciate some help, as I am losing my sanity here. :) Here is my setup:1. Apple TV 4K, 1st gen2. Feintech VAX04101 eARC Pass Switch (video input set to 2nd HDMI (the Apple TV), audio set to Auto, eARC switch ON)3. Sonos Beam 2nd gen + Sonos Sub Mini4. Philips 55PUS6482 TV (has HDMI ARC, but not eARC, hence Feintech VAX04101)Now the issue is the following, which only started to happen recently, and I have no clue why. In the Apple TV, I have set audio out to Auto, and Atmos enabled. We first noticed that the Netflix shows does not have any dialogue for most trailers or even the shows if started. I also use Infuse to stream some stuff from my PC, and those (e.g. Blade Runner 2048), does also not have some of the dialogue. I suppose the ones that would be the rear speakers, but I don't have any additional speakers (I only have the Beam 2nd gen soundbard and the Sub Mini).If I switch manually on the Apple TV to 5.1 and Atmos is of

It's sad to buy a Sonos product in Portugal and not have the Google Assistant or Amazon Music that other devices brands have. Is Tidal on Sonos expected to be equivalent in quality to Amazon Music someday?Thanks

I have just ordered a Sonos Era100.with the intention of eventually buying another later for a  stereo sets up, and connecting a cd player to them to play all my CD’s. I also have a large Mp3 and Flac music collection on the computer,can I play these through the Era 100 via the era Jack socket connection in the meantime.
