Hello everybody out there,My Sonos Move keeps disconnecting from the group and disappearing from my system after some time of not being used. I must restart it to find it available in the app and connect it again. It is wi-fi connected and always on the charger.I am sure some of you may have experienced the same, but I could not find anything that could solve my individual case from the solutions I have read. Looking forward to hearing your ideas. I’ve recently changed my Wi-Fi, which is working perfectly for all mobiles, laptops etc. I have the new Sonos app on my iPhone, which has identified the new Wi-Fi, however I can only connect to my speakers via a LAN line. When I remove the LAN line, the app states an error finding the products. The new app takes me to the same advice which doesn’t work. 

Following the new App release I can no longer access my NAS server to play my personal iTunes music  - What’s Happened to My Personal Music Library?! I was about to spend even more on Sonos kit upgrading my 2 Play 5s, but if I can no longer play my locally stored music then I’ll find another system that will. I already have a Spotify account so no issue subscribing to that, but my main means of listening is to my personal music - please bring it back!

My Roam wont start, says battery depleted and doesnt charge 

Now that I have my new Frontier Fiber with Eero Pro 6 mesh connected and all my Sonos are up and running do I need Boost anymore? 

After changing around my living room and plugging back in my play:1’s they disconnected from my wifi. Since then I have not been able to get them to add back in as surrounds.  I have hard reset all three items. I have recycled my router multiple times. I have removed them from the device list from my router. I have tested adding just one speaker to sonos and able to stream music to it. When I add the second one it asks me to make it surround so I select yes and it looks like it adds them. When I leave the sonos app and comes back in it shows me connectivity problems   and both play are not connected and then I go to the app for the router and  the speakers are no longer connected to the router.  All sonos items are connected via wifi. I can see both the playbase and the beam in my router app, but none of my 4 sonos play or my sub. 

I have the original sonos amp (white one) and just purchased the new black amp.  Can I use the power cord from the old amp or do I have to use the one that came with the new amp?

HelloI just added an era 100 to my system and it took awhile to connect, Apple Music wasn't working at first but eventually it did. But I did notice that the solid white light that is on my other products to show it’s up and running isn’t on, there’s no light at all. It went through all the colours during setup but now nothing.. is this a normal thing for the era? thanks

Hi! What do I do when I can't control any speakers at all?  Every setting rubber bands back, while playing music from Spotify (via wife's app, same app, same Android version, same Sonos account and so on) I can't see nor control what is being played or change any settings. My wife can't switch songs unless pausing the music, restarting speaker she wants to play on or we kick it off the network. But neither of us can do any changes. Volume changes seems to lag up to 1-10+ minutes. Before you start yelling network issues, let me reassure you it's not, it worked fine before the dreaded app update. I've reset one of the speakers, didn't help and refuse to reset anything else, reset the app, removed the app So, what do I do?

A simple question really. I believe the answer is no but confirmation would be helpful. The only reason I’d need them is for the question in the topic.  I have excellent Sennheiser headphones (Pink Floyd branded) that already bluetooth to my TV, iphone, ipad, etc, but not my music. Why release a product with zero integration except handing off from a soundbar. How is that an essential feature that anyone needs? We really need headphones that can play any source that Sonos offers. Otherwise what’s the point? 

Why won’t this new app update allow me to easily add music to the queue. The only options are replace the queue. What happened to that functionality? Why have they made it so difficult or taking it away?

Hi, is it possible to creat surround effect cinema with ARC+One+MoveGen2?

I bought a new Move 2, unboxed it, plugged in the charging base to a surge protector (known working outlet), placed the Move 2 on the charging base, and couldn’t turn it on. No lights appeared.I contacted Sonos Technical Support. I tried plugging the charging base directly into an electical outlet but still no lights. I then connected my own USB-C to USB-C charging cable directly into the Move 2, using the supplied USB-C power adapter, and voila, a light came on. I was then able to turn the Move 2 on and add it my Sonos System. Sonos is sending me a “new” charging base to replace the out of box failure.At 26% charged (from Sonos App), I moved the Move 2 to where I planned to use and charge it regularly, but plugged into a surge protector. The following morning I checked the Sonos App and the Move 2 was at 9% charged. I unplugged from the surge protector and plugged directly into an electrical outlet. The Sonos App displayed the Move 2 charged at 69%.What crazy power requirement does th

Just bought a new Sonos Roam. When trying to connect it, the App finds it and starts the connection process. It plays sounds an I reply by pressing the buttons. Then it’s saying adding Roam to your system. After a while it fails and says “something went wrong try again later “In the app it shows “not registered “ but when trying to fix it, the same happens. Tried resetting the Roam to factory settings.My system is A beam - wired connection,2 one SL, a one and a play1 all in WiFi and have been running in this house a year now. it kind of frustrating now. Does anyone have any good ideas. 

ISSUE (Repeatedly occurs): A permanent white screen appears on my android phone after password sign-in to connect Move 1 speaker function.BACKGROUND:. Sonos app was reinstalled after successfully completing a Factory Reset. Then during System Set-up for the speaker --NOT Adding to an Existing System-- following entry of email address and password, all functionality ceases as the phone screen goes White, permanently. ADDITIONAL BACKGROUND:  After issue repeated several times, the WiFi router was restarted. Another Factory Reset was necessary and successfully] completed, Then again, The Issue happens. NOTE: Norton 360 was installed prior this entire situation occurred  

Hi all,My first post and it's an odd one because I searched and found multiple instances of other people with the same issue going back years, all previous threads closed as answered but the answers don't apply to me as1: I haven't just changed my app and2: the updates mentioned as a fix in the other threads are also years old now. So here is the issue;I open the Sonos app( as usual), I click on the music note symbol at the bottom ( as usual),I select YouTube music ( this is new, just added and confirmed, but I also tried removing and adding again but there is no issue adding the service with my YouTube account details, code generated, entered and linked seamlessly) I see before me my liked songs and only one playlist, which in and of itself is odd. I added a new song to the liked songs to test, and it does appear in the Sonos app under the YouTube music service/ liked songs... however…I click on a song to play and it is greyed out, something that pops up in most of the previous thread

Hi - I’ve been using Sonos for 10 years or so now and whilst generally happy with it I do find the S2 app visibly very poor with its dark colours and especially for the up and down arrow keys and slider next to a list of tracks I am playing. This is a very easy fix in the software code so please fix it, make it Red or a light Blue or Green or anything that makes it easy to see against a Black background. 

Hello, hope I can find some help here.  I currently have Play 1, Play 3, and Move 1 speakers all configured to play music over WiFi through my Sonos app.  I am looking to a wireless headphones so that I can also play them from the Sonos app along with my other speakers simultaneously.  Are there any headphones that can accomplish this?  Bluetooth does not apply to this, as I wish to play my music on many speakers and a pair of headphones at the same times. TIA.

The new Android app was uploaded to my Pixel Pro 7 phone last night. While I can see the Sonos playlists I had previously created they are all faded out, I no longer see a list of the songs on the playlist.  If I click the three lines, I’m given a page that has nothing on it but “Replace Queue”.  When I click that, music starts playing from top of list. What does Replace Queue do? Can I control daily updates from phone app or just the PC (Dell PC). The music I listen to is on two separate drives on my PC.  The phone app lets me see the music under artist, album, or song choices but can’t scroll through 9K songs using a scroll bar on the right side as that no longer exists.  Can use finger to scroll.  Has anyone at Sonos tried doing that - it is unacceptable. Can’t add songs to Sonos playlists from phone app. Is there a problem with the phone app having a new icon but the PC hasn’t changed - does that mean something has not been updated. Recently the sonos app suddenly stopped listing my spotify albums, stating that it has timed out and to contact spotify - even though it is sonos bug issue.  To add to the confusion the sonos app still allows me to access my playlists and individual songs

With the new Sonos app it is almost impossible to get the system to stop playing a station in one room and start in another. I cannot get it to stop in the first room, it just keeps playing or linking the two rooms WHICH I DO NOT WANT.I keep getting the frustrating message “Something has gone wrong”, no more details, over and over again.COME ON SONOS DEVELOPERS, SURELY YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!

I have Sonos One SL in my living / dining room where we watch movies, listen to music etc. I just purchased a Sonos Roam for the bedroom / deck. I’m wondering if I can set it up so it either plays the same music we have playing in the living room AND / OR to play independently, so we can just have it playing if say we are only in the bedroom or out on the deck. If I’m working around the house, it’s nice to have the same thing playing wherever I go but when we are only in one area, it’s nice to have the audio playing only in that area. Make sense? Thanks for your help. I’m sure this has been addressed in an article somewhere but I guess I didn’t have the right keywords to find it.

My Spanish internet radio stations are no longer working in the UK.  These include Blue Marlin, Ibiza Sonica, Ibiza Global Radio, Costa Del Mar - Chillout. All other TuneIn stations from outside the UK seem to be working fine and Ibiza Sonica is steaming fine when you go to their website. If you search for Ibiza Sonica in the Sonos app it comes up as a Sonos Radio station but won’t play.   Is anyone else experiencing this issue?   Thanks   Matt
