Help please 🤞I have a Connect Amp, which controls ceiling speakers, together with a Beam and One (both Gen 1).Had signal difficulties with the Connect Amp so switched it off/reset it and it’s now working perfectly however in the process I’ve lost any connection to the Beam and the One. They don’t even feature on the Sonos App, they’ve just disappeared.I took the One to the router and connected it via an Ethernet cable, it and the Beam then appeared back on the app but the Connect Amp disappeared. After I disconnected it, the One and the Beam disappeared and the Connect Amp reappeared. 🤬I know I’m being stupid somewhere but would be extremely grateful if someone could tell me where I’m going wrong.Previously the Connect Amp, Beam and One were all on the Sonos app and worked perfectly.Thank you in anticipation 

How to set up alexa?

Working on an outdoor deck project and want to blend 2 types of speakers (LG Soundbar & Sonos Outdoor) through Sonos amp, but not sure if the series of HDMI/wiring schematics will work.Attaching a visual of my plan, but was thinking about the following order:TV would run HDMI (Earc) to LG Soundbar HDMI IN LG Soundbar HDMI OUT (ARC) would run to Sonos Amp Sonos Amp would be wired to Sonos Outdoor SpeakersOutcomesWould be able to play audio through all 3 speakers through TV Would be able to play music through Sonos outdoor speakers from phoneThe alternate thought was running 2 separate HDMI lines (one to soundbar and one to Sonos amp), but was thinking that TV might make me choose between HDMI port for sound to come out EITHER soundbar OR Sonos outdoor speakers VS coming through both. 

Is it me or is Sonos integration within Homekit just sad/stupid? I can’t really do much in Homekit (except turn it on/off) with Sonos. I can’t control it or even simply see what’s playing. I can’t set an alarm in Homekit and tell Sonos what to play for the alarm (a Spotify playlist for example) so adding it to a scene is useless. It’ll just resume what was last playing in the Sonos app which is stupid. What I listen to at night is vastly different from what I want to wake up to.  Even when I Airplay to the speaker from my laptop that doesn’t even register as playing anything in Homekit. It’s almost as if it’s just a placeholder in the HK app so I don’t understand why it’s there taking up space. Am I wrong? As solid as the Sonos app is the way it works with Homekit is pretty bad. I have a fully updated Sonos One FYI and a fully updated MBP. 

Good day Hi guys,I have a “problem”Have Beoplay A9 (5th GEN) and Sonos Port connected to it via ( RCA to USB-C A9 G5 does only have USB-C (dongle included))However I can not get the get the volume “up and down” to work correctly.I can pick line in on A9, but I can not control volume through Sonos app The volume is stuck at predefined level and I need to open up the B&O app to change the Volume!Is there a workaround? With hope of helpBWMr.B

Hi I have Beam 2 procured in US with US power cable. Can  I directly connect it in India power outlet or do I need stepup dc-to-ac  converter?

HelloI've been using Apple Music with my era 300 and it's been nothing but glorious until a few weeks ago. While playing a song in Dolby Atmos, I can audibly notice that my speaker randomly switches to the stereo version of the song. It happens very regularly (every 2-3 songs) and it's extremely jarring. I had 3 months with Amazon music before and never encountered any issue.Everything is up to date and I haven't modified my internet connection/parameters. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

I have 3 era 100s. all 3 consistently show up in the Windows app (always there) but 2 of the 3 rarely show up in the Iphone app both in control panel Airplay and on the app system. Both will work with SVC but not available to cast music from my Iphone. Unplugging and restarting is only a temporary fix and before long the speakers become unavailable again.I haven’t done a recent reset but after the last time I reset, the problem arises again soon thereafter. I’m on a newer Netgear mesh router where one of the hubs is only 2 feet away from one of the Era 100s not visible. Otherwise my WIFI is rock solid.My Sonos Roam always appears available along with the Arc and Port.My Sonos arsenal: 3 Era 100s, Arc, Sub Mini, 1 Roam, 1 Port.

Hi! I've had my pair of SYMFONISK speakers in my surround setup for close to a year now. Unfortunately one of them appears to have died - no led light or sign of life within the Sonos app. I tried using the power cable from the other working speaker, and other wall sockets, but still no success.Has anybody experienced or heard of similar before? I didn't manage to find any information online of similar experiences. It just literally seems to have died with no abuse. It was always taken good care of.

I have a question regarding Spotify and Sonos. I have connected to Spotify but can't Spotify to play through a room on Sonos, what am I doing wrong.

This would be a total of 5 speaker all working together. Beam, 2x play3’s, 2x play1’s and eventually I’d like to add the sub. I’m getting mixed answers off general web searches. Would these all work together? Currently, ive been running just a pair of play1’s and the beam. Just bought a used play3 to make a pair out of the one I have and this is what inspired my question. As I’d always run the play3 solo in another location. Now I’d like to add them all to the same room! Anyway let me know folks that know more than I regarding Sonos!!! thx

I have registered my amazon account for alexa on my sonos one, but every time i ask it which account it is in, it states it is in my wifes account ( who is a household member).I have disabled the skill, deregistered the sonos one and then set up alexa again using my amazon account, yet when i ask again which account it is in alexa says its in my wifes account!?!The odd thing is when i have set up my beam using my amazon account, alexa on my beam says i am on my account (not my wifes), doing this in parallel, my sonos one always says its in my wifes account and when i ask it to swap accounts it says it can’t do that, all very frustrating.The only thing that seems left to me, is to remove my wife from my household amazon profile, but then i can’t add her back in for 180 days. Any suggestions from anyone. 

*** Update - its connected *** Hello,I have been experiencing continuous drop outs when trying to listen to my Sonos Roam. I read that I needed to connect to 2.4 instead of 5g. So I reset it while I temporarily disabled the 5g band.How do I now reconnect it to my WIFI? I’ve reconnected my iPhone to WIFI so it's (presumably on 2.4). Opened the SONOS app which helpfully tells me that the roam is not found and to ensure it's connected to WIFI. But that is what I am trying to do.How do I get the thing back onto my WIFI?The LED on the Roam is flashing green.

Hello there,  Sonos Radio seems unable to launch some of the TuneIn stations anymore. For instance, all the stations from Radio France (french national network) are unresponsive : franceinfo, France Inter, France culture… When selected and launch, nothing happens.  This does not happen with other Sonos radio stations nor with other TuneIn stations. 

My play 3 rear speakers make a whooshing noise on some programs. Other times they are fine. I have to turn off the rears when some programmes are on

Crossfade feature on Sonos when streaming Spotify works on every other song. It will play one song, crossfade correctly, then play the next song for 20 seconds and skip to the next song. That song will play in its entirety and crossfade correctly then skip the next song after about 20 seconds. I see this topic has been posted many times before with no resolution. Any help???I use Sonos quite a bit and this feature helps the mood for events. I will need to switch to other services if this persist. Thanks!

I would like too know if I bought 2 pair of in wall Sonos speakers and 1 amp. Could I use a pair for each side left and right and still set up the surround sound off the arc and 2 subs? 

My Play5 make a tiking sound After a while It Is on.There Is the noise when I play music and even when I don't play.It starts slow and became faster and faster.Anybody has a solution?Thanks

I have a play one underneath a fake fireplace that I use for fireplace sounds. Now I added another play:one to the other side of the room. I paired them to create stereo set. now my frustration is that I can no longer use the single speaker for the ambient sound. mis there a way to sort of duplicate the spreker so it’s able to be selected as a stand alone but also as part of a set? I would hate to pair and unpair them all the time. 

Hi everyone!I’m new to sonos world and loving it overall. I did a test on something today which was quite confusing for me. I have sonos beam gen2 + sub mini + 2 era 100’s for surround. I have a 55” lg tv and apple tv 4k connected via hdmi. Sonos beam is connected via earc hdmi port. When i watch netflix on apple tv 4k, ie the gentleman, i get “multichannel pcm 5.1” but if i watch it on lg smart tv’s netflix app i get dolby digital plus 5.1 which i prefer because it’s louder and cleaner for dialogue weirdly. I have earc on, pass through and bitstream set up on tv and on apple tv 4k - i have audio/change format OFF, dolby atmos ON. Even if i turn on Change Format and keep dolby digital 5.1 i have the same on my sonos app “multichannel pcm 5.1”Help :) 

I have a Port and have a playlist/alarm scheduled to be playing continually and it seems that after a power cycle the unit will stop playing. Is this normal operation or is there a workaround? thanks

Hi there,  I'm a music professional (sound engineer) with a 7.1.4 Atmos studio in France. I own 2 Arc 300. Those are fantastic speakers for Atmos playback and are paving the way towards Atmos adoption by the general public. Awesome job Sonos ! But I need to be able to play local Atmos files (.mp4 with DD+ JOC endoding) for quality control before sending to online services. I need also my clients to be able to do that so they can approve the mixes outside the realm of my studio and their headphones. The only way right now appears to be through an apple TV to an HDMI equipped Sonos Beam 2 / Arc with Era 300 as surrounds. This is not ideal, and quite more expensive, and I very much enjoy front facing Era 300 (as surrounds, the front drivers are deactived by design). Sonos Era 300 are already streaming DD+ JOC  files from Apple and Tidal, it shouldn't be too difficult to do so from a local NAS / phone ? Please Sonos 🙏

Is the cable supplied with the arc soundbar earc?
