Recently moved an audio system to run off the sonos port. Have 7 in total. We have a playlist from apple music of around 350 songs (about 22 hours) and the sonos keeps stopping before the playlist ends. The sonos settings are on repeat and shuffle. I am at a loss to get this to keep playing. The goal is to have the music playing 24/7 streaming from the sonos. Checked in the apple music app and cannot find anything to set the list on repeat or change any settings like that. Any suggestions would be helpful. 

Good morning,For 2 days the Sonos app has no longer worked on my Ipad Mini 2 (12.5.7). The Sonos logo appears then the app closes but remains active.Thank you for your reply

I have 4 Play 1 speakers, I also have a projectorI would love to be able to connect the sound from the project to at least two of the Play 1 Speakers. is there any recommendation, I am willing to buy Bluetooth receiver, streamer, etc.

Helloi have an Arc and want to connect my turntable (3.5mm jack) to arc is there any adapter from 3.5 to AirPlay or HDMI (but in this last case I need to double HDMI port because arc is connected to my tv)thanks 

I have a Symfonisk (Gen2), brand new. I can set up the Symfonisk up in the app, however upon completion it states I may need to unplug and then replay the speaker for it to show in my system.It doesn’t show in the system. I have unplugged it for for varying lengths of time. I have tried on both an iPhone and android phone. I have tried resetting the Router/WAP. I have factory defaulted the speaker and reset it up with the same issues. The device is on the other side of the wall from the WAP.My router/WAP as well as the  ISP is AT&T , the network name has no spaces or special characters. My password has special characters. I have even take. The steps of assigning a static IP and when that didn’t resolve it, I even MAC filtered the device so it’s always allowed. I also adjusted the channels on both 2.4 and 5 to mitigate interference.I can set the speaker up just fine but then it vanishes the moment setup is complete. Any help would be appreciated. I have 4 Play 1’s, a Boost and a Connect. Wife and I both have iPhones with the app. Her phone has no problem connecting and using the speakers. My phone says it can't connect to the system. When I go to trouble shoot it says it says it see all of my units but when I go through the steps to reconnect, it says it can't connect. Tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. No good. I love my speakers but I have more issues like this over the last couple years than I care to remember. Anyone have any ideas why my phone would have problems and not my wife's? Any solutions for a fix?

I was able to connect my Ray to my Projector through the HDMI ARC. Sounds great but my surround sound speakers (two SL’s) are extremely muted and have a little lag when I bit my ear up to it. They work if I’m playing music through Sonos but when I’m playing something from my projector they cut out. Not sure what to do :/ 

I currently have a bunch of Sonos speakers connected to a Unifi network.  All of my speakers except one work completely fine, but this one specific One drops offline nightly and requires manually unplugging it. Any suggestions?

I am using the S1 app for my Sonos speakers.  Recently my voice enabled Sonos speakers are not working with Alexa.  I can control my speakers in the S1 app but not with Alexa.When I look at the Alexa app the voice enabled Sonos speakers are showing offline.I have disabled and re-enabled Sonos Skill in Alexa Alexa does not find any devices when I re-enabled Sonos skill in the Alexa app I have removed and added Alexa voice enable to each speaker I have powered off and on the speakersDid something change?

I just installed Sonos Amp with my speakers and a KEF HTB2 subwoofer.I see in the Sonos app I can set the phase to 0 or 180 - and I have a switch on the subwoofer that does the same thing - 0 or 180.I set them both to 0.My question is “why” do I have the same setting via Sonos app and a switch on the sub - and should they be set to the same setting - 0 in my case.

Hello,I’ve hooked up a Denon DP-300F turntable to an RCA → 3.5mm adapter, which in turn goes to the Sonos adapter into the Era 100.When I play a record, it seems as if there’s some strange summing going on that makes it sound out of phase. Almost like it’s playing only one of the L/R channels, but there is some weird EQing as well. If both RCA cables are going into the adapter, it’s very harsh and treble-y. If I remove one of the RCAs from the adapter, it sounds a little better - more bass and low-mids, but still missing vocals, etc.I’ve tried various cables, using the phono built-in eq vs. a preamp, even tried going from phono to bluetooth and connecting that to the speaker - all with the same results.However, when I hook up a different speaker to all of the same components, this doesn’t happen. If I hook up a pair of headphones where the Era 100 would be in the chain, everything seems fine.Every other use of the speaker works as expected.Any ideas?

I want to create a new system with my Sonos Era 100 so I can move them to another room. My Sonos Era 100 both belong to other system I have in my living room. Is this possible?

I am having trouble connecting to my Play:3 so I attempted a factory reset. My steps:1. Unplug device2. Hold Play/Pause3. Plug in deviceIt flashes white for about 10s, then starts flashing amber. At that point I stop pressing Play/Pause.  It the continues to flash amber pretty much forever... well I gave it 10m but I'm assuming it won't process to green. Please help if you have ideas! TY

Hello. At some point this morning some kind of update has changed the way my Spotify playlists display within the Sonos app. I arrange my Spotify playlists in alphabetical using the Custom Order function, so they can reflect a large CD collection. Sonos used to mirror that, but now seems to be displaying them - I think - in the order they were last played, which is useless to me and makes the list unnavigable. Could this bug be fixed asap or a workaround suggested? I prefer to just control everything through the Sonos app rather than the Spotify app. Thank you

Hi All - Has anyone noticed any improvement to Trueplay recently?   I haven’t specifically seen any software updates that refers to any changes to the process since the eras came out.. The reason I am asking is that I use both sets  of era 300s as stereo pairs in two locations and there never has been an option to execute the quick method on the software.   The only option is for the detailed process.  I can’t say if there were any the improvements after Trueplay but left the setting as they were.Recently, I decided  to redo Trueplay.  This time both options came up.. tried both but the detailed option seems to provide a subjective appreciable increase in clarity...I can on surmise that the process may have been tweaked without major fanfare..

Hello! I just moved and got a new router. In the process of getting everything hooked up I’m having a line-in problem. My system is Sonos One, Play:3, and Connect - which I have hooked up to my receiver. I have my Connect hooked up exactly the same as it was before but my line in is no longer working. Everything but the connect is working. I get the message in the attached photo when I try to use my line-in. I was on the phone with Sonos for almost an hour last night and couldn’t get the issue solved. All hookups have been checked and double checked for a firm connection so that’s not the issue.   Hoping the community can help! You’ve saved me so many other times!  

Hello…..is it possible to charge a Roam speaker using a USB C connection?  Not talking about the cable into the speaker, but the other end going into a charging port.  The cable provided uses a USB A connection, and I would like use a USB C connection.  

I have been listening to a streaming radio station for several years.  No problem with adding the station to MySonos.  The station appears but when I launch it to play, TuneIn plays 2 commercials and then the radio station goes silent.  This has been happening for a couple of months and I can’t figure out what is going on.  The Sonos OS is S2, V16.1.  Not sure where else to check.  My spotify account works just fine.  Thx for any help.

Damn.. my connect keep cutting the connection to WiFi, it’s like it has to load to play maybe 1 minute and then load 3 sek again, driving me crazy. all other Sonos work fine, Beam, Move, Ones also. any suggestions?  (WiFi is 550 download and 340 upload at the current room (garage) 

I’m trying to stream files from Windows Media Player to a new Beam Gen 2.  The server is serving files to other devices without issue on the local network, including  Denon receiver and a bluray player.  I have rebooted the Beam, and I have optimized the wireless to the extent that I can.The error is “An error occurred while adding track to the queue (701).Amazon prime music is working fine on the Beam.  It is my understanding Sonos supports FLAC files.

My old distributive amp died. I have 6 zones with two speakers each. What do I need in the way of Sonos hardware, to get this working?

Hi all,I had Spotify working via SVC on my Roam perfectly. I added an Era 100 today. Now all my Spotify commands returns ‘I can’t find that content’, on both my Roam and Era.Weirdly enough if I just ask it to ‘play some music’ it has no trouble playing Spotify content from my discover weekly list. Even telling me so when I ask it what’s playing.I already tried the following:I already deleted my Spotify link. Deleted the Spotify app + deleted my Spotify link & reinstalled/relinked Reseted the Sonos appAnyone has any other ideas? Specifically got the Era 100 now it finally supports Spotify. Planning to upgrade all my one’s

Hi I am new to sonos concept and i am having the living room build and have reached the stage for plaster boarding ceiling and walls etc. It is an open plan layout kitchen one end and living area at the other. i would like to mount a nice tv on the wall and enjoy movies etc with good sound. so looking at a soundbar with sub , BUT i have an issue with rear speaker placement. I dont want rear speakers on stands behind the sofa dog will knock them over etc.   Would speakers in the ceiling work for surround sound and Dolby Atmos ?   Thank You
