Can I use my playbar as a Bluetooth speaker from my phone?

Greetings everyone!I have a Sonos beam gen 2, mini Sub, 2x Symfonisk speakers connected to a TVI also have a third party turntable with pre amp (pro-ject) and 2x active speakers (Edifier R1280T wired, not BT)Can I connect them all together to stream music from my turntable to the Sonos system? Which hardware do I need to do so?Also can i connect all together when watching movies or there will be a sound delay? Is there any chance of frying a device because of the active speakers?Thanks in advance, greetings from Greece! ✌️

Hi, I have a samsung smart TV with Sonos sound bar, Sonos subwoofer and era300. I can only link the soundbar and subwoofer or the subwoofer and era300, not all three at the same time.  I click on set up stereo pair and the set cup surrounds options but haven't been able to troubleshoot the issue. Do I require 2 of the era 300 speakers to work as surrounds/stero pairs? I was of the opinion I could have the TV with sound bar and subwoofer beneath it along with a era300 off to the rear side of seating area but perhaps this is not correct? Appreciate any assistance.

Has anyone had any issues with Sonance VP66 TL (thinline) speakers on AMP running at higher volumes.  Distortion, popping/cracking sounds.  We’ve isolated the speakers (and Sonance provided a new set), wiring and AMP, and all seem to function fine independently, but in combination, the problem persists.Sonance and Sonos both are saying products should work fine together.  I have other rooms running AMP with other sonance speakers (same family, just not thinline) with no issues

Yes I know Arc is not compatible with S1 but I’ll explain why I have what I have. I have a total of 6 Sonos Connect Gen 1's, each powering 2 Sonos In-Ceiling Speakers in 6 separate rooms, including the Living Room. When we moved into this home, all that was already hooked up.   The Sonos Connect Gen 1s are of course only compatible with the S1 app   In my living Room, I have a Sonos Arc as my flat screen TV external sound system. The Arc is only compatible with the S2 app. The Arc is currently connected with a Sonos Sub (Gen 3) as the subwoofer. There are currently no speakers configured as surround sound speakers for the Arc. I bought these when I first moved into the house. I am new to Sonos so I didnt know about the S1 / S2 divergence/incompatibility.  The problem: For my Arc, I would like to be able to configure the Sonos In-Ceiling speakers in the Living Room as the surround sound speakers for the Arc for when I am watching movies on my flat screen TV. Hello everyone,I recently upgraded from an Orei UHDS-202 HDMI switcher to an Orei UHD48-EX230-K, and I'm experiencing issues with syncing my Sonos Arc sound bar with my main LG TV. Previously, the audio setup worked perfectly with the Orei UHDS-202, but now, I can no longer get the Sonos connection to appear on my LG TV. Here’s my current setup:- **Devices Connected**: TV box, Amazon Fire Stick, and PS5, all connected via HDMI.- **Outputs**: Two TVs connected.- **Soundbar**: Sonos Arc, which used to connect through HDMI ARC via the old switcher.With the new Orei UHD48-EX230-K, the sound bar isn’t recognized by my LG TV anymore. I’ve tried checking the HDMI ARC/eARC settings on my TV and ensuring all cables are high-speed and properly connected, but nothing has worked so far.Has anyone faced a similar issue or does anyone have insights on how to resolve this? Moving from USA to India with my Sonos Arc, Gen3 and Era 100. India has 220v power compared to 110v in USA. All of these devices specification says 100-240v. Does that mean that the US device will work just fine in India without a step down converter? Anyone in the community who has done that?

Hei! I have a sonos beam gen 2 connected to a Philips 50PUS616/12 through Hdmi Arc. I have an apple tv conected to other hdmi and despitethe fact that most shows have dolby atmos, i never experienced it since the sonos app says that it is streamed in dolby digital 5.1any hints? Can i ever see dolby atmos on the app?

Scenario: I work in an agency where Sonos speakers are used in 3 areas. There are 4 Sonos One speakers in one area. 4 Sonos One speakers in another and 3 downstairs. We’ve even got a Sonos Five somewhere. These speakers are all on the same WiFi network but are grouped together in their respective areas, with individual speaker names and each area controlled independently of each other via 3x separate iPads.Problem: When listening to a Spotify playlist in one area, the music might change to one of the other areas choice and the volume spike to MAX. Even though no one has touched either iPad or speaker. We try to turn the music off or down and it just jumps straight back again. We’ve tried setting volume limits to ‘ON’ and at 40% on each speaker but although that seems at first to work, soon defaults to ‘OFF’ and back to maximum volume. We try tapping ‘pause’ on the top of a speaker but it starts again almost instantly. This happens randomly, and things can be fine for a few days but the

My entire Apple Music Library is accessible on my Sonos app except my Apple Music Playlists.  I can access my recently added songs, artists, albums, songs... but not my playlists.  Anyone have a solution beyond the obvious troubleshooting like reauthorizing account and deleting the Apple Music service and reinstalling?  I have called the support line, spoke with a representative, went through all the obvious troubleshooting (listed above), and still can’t get my playlists to populate.  This is a new issue, they were accessible before.  To add… I spent an hour on the phone with Sonos customer support and after all the troubleshooting, we were unable to resolve the issue.  The message I get when trying to access my Apple Music Playlists is:  “We’ve run into a problem.  Try again.”It seems very odd that I can access EVERYTHING in my Apple Music Library EXCEPT the Playlists.  I can even access recently added songs that have been added within a few minutes.  Any advice is appreciated.   Mod

Hi.I have multiple Sonos speakers all on my home wifi. I am taking a trip soon and will take my Roam speaker with me. I have a travel router I am also taking with me. I would like to add the travel router wifi to my existing Sonos account and simply direct the roam speaker to that router when I reach my destination. When I return home I want to simply switch Roam back to the home wifi from the travel router wifi. My question - is this possible or can Sonos only be connected to one wifi? Currently it seems I have to reset the Roam anytime I want to use a different wifi account. I don’t want to set up a separate Sonos account - I just want the ability to “switch” which wifi the speaker is connected to easily. Can anyone help a gal out? Thanks! 

Hi, for some reason can’t see Spotify service from the Sonos mobile app. 

Suddenly, when connecting Sonos one speaker to iPhone, I get request to provide Airplay code. I don’t have Apple TV nor have Airplay set up with a code. Not sure why it started asking for this or where the code may be.

When I am using my Sonos Roam with WiFi/S2 app there is no problems turning up the volume. But when I switch to Bluetooth mode, I can not play loud music. When I allow the volume to 100% in the app, and turn the volume up on my phone, the music isn't loud at all. The max volume on WiFi, and the max volume on bluetooth should be the same loudness....I hope.???Can anyone help? 

I have connected a new Roam to my system. I her no sound from it whatsoever. There is connection because I can use the roam to pause and play. I have also tried to connect with bluetooth instead, but it was still silent. Anyone with any ideas? 

I'm new to Sonos speakers. I purchased an Era 100 and plugged my turntable into it through the Line In. Works great, sounds great. The problem I have is, if I play Apple Music on the speaker, and want to switch back to the turn table, it doesn't automatically switch like I'd like it to. Is there a way to make it automatically switch back to Line In? The "Autoplay" settings don't seem to do it if it has last been playing Apple Music. Or is there a "Hey Sonos" or "Alexa" voice command to make it switch? The only way I have found is through the app. thanks!

Having upgraded my Vigin media router to get 1GB my Sonos one speakers won’t reconnect to the Wi-Fi. I have. Followed usual guidance but no joy. Is this something to do with 2.4 vs bandwidth? Hoping there’s  a simple solution as fair to say I’m not very technical! Any help much appreciated.

The surround sound setup instructions with Arc and Amp (to utilize my existing passive speakers for rear and sub channels)  say that when the surround feature is activated for Amp, the Sub output in the Amp is deactivated. So I can’t utilize my existing non-Sonos sub in a surround setup? If the sub output would work for a music only Amp setup I don’t understand why it would be disabled for a surround setup. Am I missing something? This is a pre-purchase question so i don’t have hands on experience with AMP and ARC yet. Thanks,

My roam is connected to the wireless charger but shows no signs of life.

I have connected my SONOS Playbar to my iMac via the former’s optical connection. I bluetooth (and have the option of hardwiring) the iMac output sound to a receiver that converts it into a digital optical signal that then inputs into the Playbar. I have the SONOS App both on my iPhone and my Desktop. The Playbar is configured and set up on both platforms. When selected to ‘TV’ the iMac sound output works on my Playbar, however after a while the SONOS App defaults to ‘Music’ and prevents the iMac sound output reaching the Playbar. Why does this happen and how can I stop it?
