I can’t update to the updated update as your certificate is invalid.

I can’t manage my system to try to reconnect my components because your certificate is invalid.

Your products are expensive. You should hire enough experienced knowledgeable staff to validate that cost.

You should contact Sonos Support, this is a user to user forum for the most part and we can’t see your issue like support likely can.

You don’t say much about exactly what you’re doing, and on what type of device. But one thing to check before contacting Support (because you will have a long wait if you do) is that the date on the device you are using is correct. If it’s not, it may see the digital certificate as being out of date when it’s not?
