Playbase still not recognized as Home Theatre product

Hi, I still cannot trueplay tune my playbase using my iPad 9.Gen.

If I try, the wrong dialog is comming up.

There is no “tuning twice”. The app tries to starts right with the “Then, you’ll walk wit your iPhone...” part, but softlocks the moment I tap on “begin tuning”.

If I borrow an iPhone, I can trueplay tune this Plabase
If I use my iPad for my none Home Theatre speaker, trueplay tuning is possible.

Any news on that?

I have an open ticket with support, but never herad back from them.

With todays update (80.03.06 / June 17. 2024) it is working again.
At least I can trueplay tune my Playbase using my iPad 9.Gen with iOS 17.5.1
