I suddenly lost all contact with my play 3. No problems earlier. I have tried all the suggestions, also updated my app. Nothing works. Help!

Have you tried powering down the Play 3, then powering back on again and see if it connects?
Failing that, power it down, then power down the router, reboot the router and once the router is back online, power up the Play 3.
