So today my Sonos play one started playing… I went to my app and the living room is no longer on there, only the kitchen and bedroom ones. so I can’t stop it without unplugging it physically how on earth do I get it back on my app? My husband has the same on his phone the bedroom and kitchen ones are showing but not the living room.

The Play One has physical buttons on the top of the device to control audio, so no need to power off. If you are on the new S2 app, please select the cog gear in the top right of your screen and then scroll down and select Help Center>Find Missing Products
