updated to the new app version 80.02.04 yesterday. After the update, the app prompted for another update, which consistently results in error code 30.
Today, I tried the following troubleshooting steps:
• Performing a factory reset
• Connecting via an Ethernet cable
• Resetting my router
• Reinstalling the app
• Connecting using a mobile hotspot
• Using different devices for the update (both iOS and Android)
• Taking my Arc to the office and connecting to the company WiFi
• Downloading the old version of the app
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.
I feel like I’ve tried everything possible and I’m feeling quite desperate. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
