my partner and i share the sonos app. neither of us are recognized as the promary. any ideas on how to fix this ? wed like to add an existing speaker that got unplugged. .

Not sure what you mean by “primary user”. Are you unable to access the menu to add a speaker? That is usually due to not being logged in. It should ask you for your email/password for the system.
