Is it possible to use your Sonos system to connect your turntable to the Sonos Ace headphones? Have a pre-amp with Port connected to Pro-Ject turntable which is then connected to my Sonos speakers. Will the Ace function the same as a Move or Move 2? (just another speaker?)

No, the Ace can only swap TV audio with the Sonos Arc. The only way to play the turntable audio to the Ace is if your turntable is compatible with Bluetooth or connected to an amplifier with a headphone jack.
