issue with Sonos app and login on iOS

Trying to setup a speaker, but I need to login to the app again.  When it launches the embedded browser it just is stuck loading login.sonos.  I can choose load in chrome and login loads instantly, but when it redirects into the app it's still on the embedded browser.
 

Removed and reinstalled the app. No change

App 80.01.30

iOS 17.4.1

Any other way to get the oauth token into the app?

Some suggestions…

  • Have you tried using Safari and clearing the browser cache/history to see if that will sort it for you? 
  • Is there sufficient free space available on the iDevice?
  • Any network security/apps that might be hindering the process?
  • Have you tried power-cycling the iDevice?
  • Maybe upgrade the iDevice to the latest release of iOS.
