Sonos App

I just recently updated my Sonos app and I am finding it really hard to follow. I almost always use the app to play music from my turntable via the line entrance; however, there doesn’t seem to be a direct link to the line entrance in the new version of the app and only after some (wasted) time of the record playing the app finally recognizes the line input and will start playing. This is a horrible experience. I want my money back. And I still haven’t said anything about volume control. It’s absolutely horrendous. Please fix these issues NOW!!!

There should be a way of rolling back to the old version (although that wasn’t great). It’s absolutely awful and virtually impossible to navigate

The new App is not functional at all - I can't switch between zones and can't play from my local NAS. What the f@ ck sonos? Get it together!

New controller virtually unusable.  I have torn my network apart trying to make it work.  Previous app was functional at least.  I can't find my system now.

Wonder how many customers out there cannot access their music on thousands of $$$$ of gear?   Can you feel a class action coming on?

Amen!  I have a turntable connected to Port (named Turntable) and I have an arc soundbar grouped with the Port.  My turntable sounds through the Arc just fine. Problem is I use the Arc also for TV sound and to stream music in my master bedroom (the Arc is named master bedroom).  When i ask my voice assistant (Sonos or Alexa) to play music on “master bedroom” I hear nothing. When I open the app I see the music playing on “Turntable” and have to manually group it again with “Master Bedroom.”  I’ve tried turning the Arc setting to “ungroup on autoplay” both on and off. Doesn’t seem to affect the issue I’m having at all.  I had used the Port and Arc grouped previously with no issue. My system hasn’t changed, though the app had been upgraded and Sonos Voice added since I setup my Port and Arc. I’m at my wit’s end with this and tired of having to manually control these speakers.
