Good morning.I have an amp that I connect my cell phone to.If I listen to Spotify (having a subscription) on my mobile phone I don't have any type of advertising that interrupts my listening.instead if I connect it to the amp advertising takes place.does anyone know why?Thank you

my living room setup: TCL TV w/ROKU OS w/hdmi(arc) + Sonos Amp + 2 external non-Sonos speakerseverything working, cool. one weird phenomenon i’ve noticed: If I’m listening to music via the Sonos app and I set the TCL ROKU TV Digital output format setting to Passthrough or Stereo, then click around on the TV, the audio quickly returns to the TV (at the volume it was previously). Fine. Good.If I’m listening to music via the Sonos app and I set the TCL ROKU TV Digital output format setting to Auto, then click around on the TV, the audio does NOT return to the TV whatsoever and i get a pop-up on the Sonos App asking whether I want to send the Sonos app music to the external speakers or have the TV audio go to the speakers. Okay. Cool. I can then send the audio back to the TV by unselecting that particular room audio (the living room) in the Sonos app, but the TV volume does NOT then immediately go back to the volume it was previously. It’s at 0. In Google Home I currently play different music each day via amp as part of my morning Google home routine.  Daily routines have a custom command "play chillout music on bar", which plays on Monday for exanple   It works but messy to maintain multiple routines. I'm currently attmpting to shift my music routines to Google script.  I can play music to a nest speaker via script but when attempting to play on amp there are limited functions available, stop/start etc.  There doesn't appear to be away to tell sonos which music to play like you can with a nest speaker. Has anyone successful been able to tell sonos which music to play via script?  Current Script:metadata:name: Play music on bardescription: Play music on barautomations:- starters:- type: assistant.event.OkGoogleeventData: queryis: Play Christmas music on the baractions:- type: assistant.command.OkGoogledevices:#sonos amp name. Can I add a Move 1 to a group that includes a Beam and 2 ERA 100s

Morning all, probably a very silly question but here we go.I have the arcana, sonos arc with one’s and a sub. Yet the only atmos I have ever seen is on Amazon prime with jack ryan, I’ve tried Netflix (top subscription) Disney plus etc but no atmosany ideas?cheersjon 

I have AT&T fiber and has worked flawlessly. Recently, last couple of days I’ve had WiFi drops. Tech came out this morning and changes a wire outside . Nothing else was changed. I have the same modem router and same password as before. Everything in the house is connected to WiFi and working. Two rooms  with Arc, sub, and ones are working. However , app says Sonos not found and has to be on the same network as devices.  Only thing I see different is iPad has this privacy warning on the WiFi (see pic) but iPhone does not..Again , same everything as before. Pics show what I’m experiencing . Ideas?  

Another 12 months has passed and still no sign of access to Radio HD in Australia!@Sonos, when are you going to make this available downunder?

I had my SONOS playbar,  Sub and. PlayOne system fully connected and. working with my previous 65. inch HD TV.  I just bought a new LG 77 inch OLED, connected with the same Optical cable and. My room on App does. not recognize a TV input like before.  Sound on TV speakers work fine,but cannot get sound to come. through my SONOS.  They system accepts all other media types, just not the TV.  I have a cable box and wi-fi…and the only think I changed was the TV.   Turned everything off and unplugged for. two minutes.  nothing working.

My new Sonos Beam with the mini Sonos sub and two Sonos SL’s has been randomly and quickly increasing to max volume?  Have a similar set up in another room with the Arc but have never experienced this issue. Not sure how to go about troubleshooting this issue as it seems to me that’s it’s an internal issue, nothing I’ve done. Any thoughts?

Hi, I’ve got a Sonos roam that was all working fine. Yesterday I set up new tv and Beam (which is great!) but the Beam set up seems to have taken over the app. Now I can’t add the roam to the app.  it never finds the roam when I click to add product.  any ideas on how to fix it please?thanks. 

Hi, just bought a Sonos ARC and since this time, my apps don’t see my two SL speaker. I try many times all recommanded works in Sonos web site but still not see them, do you have a solution? Thanks

I tried every possible way which has been mentioned on Sonos Website.  did reset quiet a few times. But playbase is just not ready to connect with wifi.  it does work well with ethernet cable. However my router is in other room and tv is in living room. Very much frustated as its useless having such an expensive premium brand speaker but cant use wirh my tv.  Diagnostics number is 1524607294

Hi,I have a Gen 2 Beam, a Mini Sub and two rear Era 100’s, is it possible to add a further two Era 100’s as front right and left speakers?  The TV and the Beam are off centre in my room, I’m thinking that two front speakers would enable me to balance the front sound with the Beam acting as a centre speaker (I previously had a non-Sonos setup which did this).

Is it possible to connect and use both line-in and Ethernet at the same time using the combo adapter?Is it possible, in a multi room system with 4 era 100, to use more line in connections ; for example one connected with the turn table, one with the cd player and one with an internet radio ?Any help is appreciated. 

So I know you can only add two additional rear speakers to the Arc soundbar, but due to the nature of the house each speaker would have to have a separate amp, would the Arc accept one amp per speaker or would both speakers need to be wired into one amp? 

Until recently it was possible to start and pause play from the button on top of my Move when connected to my iPhone over AirPlay. Now I can pause if the speaker is playing, but if I press ‘play’ again the indicator light flashes white but audio doesn’t play. I am on the most recent software for my iPhone and the Move, I can’t tell if this is an AirPlay bug or a Sonos bug (also it is impossible to search this topic because Sonos has a product called Play, and ‘play audio’ is what I’m enquiring about, and the button on top of the speaker is the play button...).

The Sonos XM Sirius goes to the US website and doesn't recognize my Canadian login. So I can’t reauthorize. Sonos changed something because I’ve been using Sirius XM Canada for years/ Is there a work around or fix?

I didn’t remove my S1 Connect before upgrading to the S2 app. What is the easiest way for me to remove it now so I can run it separately in S1?Thanks

When playing music using the Plex app on my TV it sounds terrible -  almost as if I'm only hearing one channel and the system isn't sending any signal to the rear surround speakers.The TV is brand new ULED Samsung.In the 'About my System' section:When its working properly from the Sonos app on my phone it says nothing regarding audio in. .When playing from the problematic Plex TV app it says it's Dolby digital 2.0I have a sonos beam and 2 x play ones (all gen2)The audio is fine if played from Plex in the Sonos app from my phone.

HiI have a double space  living room , at one end of the room where the tv is i have a beam, sub and 2 x ones and I want to add an era 300 in  the other end of the room. Will that work for playing all tv sound and music and adding a turntable to the era 300?Thanks  

I am trying to connect a Google home speaker so it can play the same time as my Sonos products. At the moment I can play the two sonner speakers which I have downstairs or the Google home speaker on its own which I have upstairs but neither together ! 

In the last couple of months I’ve had a really annoying issue with a Play 3 speaker when using Alexa. I have an L shaped kitchen with a Sonos 1 and 1SL stereo pair (called Dining Room) and a Play 3 (Playroom). These speakers are in an Alexa group called Kitchen and until recently this setup worked well. A couple of months ago sound stopped playing from the Play 3 when requested via Alexa (Alexa play music in the kitchen), I can see the speakers are grouped in Sonos app and the app thinks it is playing, but sound can only be heard on the One / One SL pair. Removing and readding the play 3 doesn’t resolve.Playback is fine via the Sonos app and playing music from Alexa just to the Play 3 also works fine, issue is only present when playing in the group.  I’ve tried recreating the group in the Alexa app, resetting and renaming the Sonos speaker and nothing is fixing it. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to fix it?

HelloI currently use different sonos product under my account in my main residence. I have replaced my Playbase with a Beam and would like to install the Playbase in my summer house. I moved my Sonos One to a new room. When I tried to set it up, it wouldn't connect to WiFi. Nothing else has changed. I can connect it via Ethernet. When I try to switch it to WiFi, the first thing the app does is tell me to disconnect the Ethernet cable, so I just get stuck back in the same loop.All guides say I should be able to switch to WiFi with the ethernet cable still connected, but this is not the case is reality. I've spent over 5 hours speaking to customer support and they start from scratch each time and then I get nowhere. My latest call I was in the queue for an hour, on the call for half an hour, and then the agent went silent as soon as I got to the point of having to disconnect the Ethernet cable, then the call ended! Edit: just to add things I've also tried which haven't worked: factory reset speaker, reset app, rebooted router, set up a mobile hotspot which also didn't work which shows the problem is with the speaker
