I am trying to connect my Sonos One SL speakers to a guest network away from my home that has no password. The app won’t let me connect to the network without a password, however. Is there a fix for this? 

Finally got my Sub Mini connected to my ARC (SONOS needs to come up with some sort of interface to look at configuration, it's ridiculous I have to stare at my phone for 5 minutes before it fails and not have any information to work from)Now, I don't have sound coming from the Sub Mini.The Mini Sub is right beside my ARC.Help?

Hi,I have a Sonos system set up in my house. I have been having renovation and disconnect all Sonos products. I have brought a new Sonos One Gen 2 (Kitchen) and added it throght the Sonos Android app but now when I turn my other Sonos products on they aren't showing in the same system. Can anyone help me get them all on the same system please? They are both on the same network.  

Hi, I recently bought a Sonos Arc. And I’m wondering if the settings are correct.  I have a Samsung Frame (2022) with a one-connect box which has HDMI e-arc, which I connected the Arc to. Now watching most streaming services I end up getting Dolby multichannel PCM 5.1. Unless the show is offered in Atmos, then Atmos will show up in the app.  So my question is why I don’t get Dolby Digital plus instead.  I’ve checked my TV settings and I can’t choose ‘passthrough’ watching built-in apps like Netflix.  My setup is:ArcSub (gen 3)2 SL Ones Curious to hear what you think. Thijs

I’ve been through the chats on this and I am looking for an at home, drunken party app that doesn’t lag with my Sonos system like other dj apps. It’s not for huge social events, but at home I want to sync my sings without a delays. Help please  

Is there an update as to when we can expect the software release that will fully support inverted Era 300’s that are wall mounted in areas due to exceptionally high ceilings?

When I connect Spotify to sonos devices, from within Spotify app. the sonos app shows started from Spotify and queue not available.is there a way to add songs to the devices from other sonos music services, which could include Spotify itself?

From reading the forums it seems I need to enable a skill within the Alexa app, but which skill is it? Or is this wrong, and do I need to do something else? OneThanks :) 🙏

Hi,At the moment I got one sonos playbar under the tv and two sonos one sl beside the tv. Im looking to buy two more sonos one sl to have behind where im sitting, for surround and was wondering if that would be possible? Also want the sonos sub gen3 but for my knowledge that should be fine.Thanks for answering!

Hi EveryoneSo I was planning on buying an LG32UN880P-B monitor for my HP laptop (I5-ee0002na). Along with this I am going to buy some sort of docking station to connect everything together and lastly a Sonos Beam Gen 2 for the sound. My main needs of this setup is to watch media  (movies using Plex and stream Netflix and Amazon). Since my research my understanding is that to connect the beam to this set up I would need to buy an HDMI audio extractor and connect by optical to get 5.1 but I wound not be able to get Dolby Atmos unless I buy the Arcana HDfury which is a pricy option. So looking for another solution, I have looked around and found this LG monitor 32sq780sw which has an Earc connection.So my question to Sonos is as this monitor has an Earc connection will I be able to connect the beam to the monitor just like a regular smart tv and everything should work, including Dolby Atmos? or will I still have to go down the audio extractor or HDfury route?Also how would I connect the b

I recently bought an album on Bancamp in FLAC format. I cannot play it as the sample rate is too high. All the other FLAC albums I bought at the same time are fine except this one. I have the option of downloading the album again in a different formats including ALAC and MP3 320. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about which would be likely to avoid this problem and would be compatible with Sonos. Thanks in advance.

I’ve got a system made up of four play:1 and two play :3.Am trying to update to s2 so I can add a mini sub. But the update won’t work. Doing it from s2, it hangs and gives me an “error 9”.I’ve tried factory reset on everything, downgrading everything back to s1 in the s2 app and then reinstalling it as a fresh system. But while the play:1 lot will all move over to s2 just fine, the play:3s always fail to update. Also an “error 9”.I’ve spoken to Sonos and they say this is a temporary issue that they are working on. But it seems frankly unlikely that the one time I’m trying to do this is also the one time it has stopped working. Does anybody else have similar experiences?

Getting an error when setting up any of the three voice assistants in the Sonos app. More details below:I’ve used Sonos One and Alexa since 2019 with very little issue I’m using the same router too, however in the last couple of weeks Amazon Alexa has sporadically lost connection and required setting up again. This has typically only taken a few minutes and it goes back to normal for a few days. However, this happened again and went to set up Alexa up via the prompts on the Sonos app however I’m get an error now and get the same error when trying to set up any of the three voice assistants, Alexa, Google and SVC. I’ve done a factory reset, rebooted router, checked for duplicate IP addresses, signed out of all Amazon accounts on my mobile device, removed skill, deregistered devices and gone through set up multiple times but still no luck with any of the voice assistants. I click on Amazon Alexa set up, it says Getting Amazon Alexa ready...then seems to time out and says There was a prob

I am using Spotify on my Sonos system (era 300 + one), and I am surprised that it seems to be impossible to enable Spotify autoplay (keep playing recommended songs after an album ends).I have found old closed topics about this from 2 years ago, is it still impossible ?I understand that some people hate it, I love it, it would be amazing to just be able to enable / disable it.Thanks !

Need help and experties, I have Polk and Sonos speakers and I would like to trun them into a home theater, if I can work them, I am not sure if this setup will the folllowing setup even work.Two Polk RTi12 (Front L & R) + Sonos Ark (center speaker)2 Sahdow one SL (Rear L & R)+ Two Polk in wall speakersPolk SubPioneer Amp to power up the RTi  + Sonos AMP to connect the 4 polk  

I have 1 Beam and 2 Ones, should I connect the beam with ethernet? I can not connect the 2 Ones with ethernet as there is no way to get the wires across the room

I’ve added to music folders from my Mac to Sonos library. Although I can see the folders in the library, when I go into them there are no tracks. This has happened before and Sonos had to work on it for an hour over remote control, For some reason it happened again….

When I tried updating my Music Library today, I got a message that the location “is no longer available. The device where the music files are stored may not be powered on, or the path may have changed.” Neither of those is true. Other directory locations at the same subdirectory level can be accessed and read fine.

I have had Connect working with my receiver for years. It stopped working. I have plugged it into working ports on my receiver and it doesn’t work. My Play 1 speakers work just fine. I have powered it down. Restarted it multiple times. I have rebooted my network multiple times.  

I have a Sonos Arc attached to my Tv.  I purchased a Sonos Amp and Sonos Speakers, and installed the speakers in the ceiling in the same room as the TV.  I have been able to play music through the Arc and the Sonos Speakers (Amp) without any issue.  I have not been able to play the TV sound through the added Sonos Speakers attached to the Sonos Amp.  I thought I would be able to do this wireless just like playing music through the arc, but does not seem to work.  I am ok with using HDMI cable or whatever I need to do to make this work.  

Why can I play Sonos radio via the Sonos app on my playbar, also Spotify, but not music from iphone/mac library 

hi, I am running sonos arc paired with er300’s for my rear speakers and sub gen 3 for my living room.  i also have onkyo avr receiver plugged in hdmi through the tv not using earc or arc hdmi port.  Earc/arc hdmi port is being used for my sonos arc soundbar.  My onkyo receiver is paired with sonos port and the receiver is powering wired speakers for outdoor use.  I am not getting any audio even though i was able to link my sonos port to my avr receiver.  i don’t understand why i am not getting any sound ?.  when i play music app on sonos app it seems to work but no audio.
