Okay. In the meantime some terminology.

You posted pics relating to the Leak Stereo 130. It’s a separate integrated amp. It drives passive speakers, such as the Dentons.

Active speakers are where the amplifiers are actually built inside the speakers themselves.

@Stada536,

Unlike many traditional audio units, nothing is automatically passed from PORT’s Line-In through to PORT’s Line-Out. Line-In and Line-Out are simply audio resources on the network that happen to live in the same “box”. If you want to play Line-In through Line-Out, you must select Line-In to play on PORT, same as you would select Port’s Line-In on any other SONOS player. And, you must set Line-Out’s Volume.

Note that you’ll have a “war” between PORT’s Volume control and LEAK’s Volume control. You can eliminate the “war” by setting PORT’s Line-Out to “Fixed”, however, this will disable Volume control of Line-Out using the SONOS controller. You’ll need to adjust LEAK’s output exclusively with it’s Volume control.

On the system tab of your Sonos app (the middle one), tap on the Port’s room.

Tap on the Browse tab (the second from left). Tap on Sonos Radio. Play any station you like.

Does the Leak amp play the AUX through the Wharfedales or not?

Hi Ratty,

Yes it plays Line Out to Aux thru the speakers no problem

Well then, tell the Port to play it's own Line-In and you should hear your turntable.

Yes. You must use the AUX for the Port.

As stated, do not use the Phono port, that is for converting a raw phono signal, and you are using the preamp, which does the same thing.  Also, check @buzz’s advice to switch the Port volume to Fixed.   If you don’t you will have two volume controls fighting with each other and the signal will be too low.
