Switching between ARC and TV speakers

I have a Sony A80L connected to Sonos Arc.

All works well, except, when I try to switch to TV Speakers, it switches back to ARC after a few seconds.

How can I keep TV speakers in use rather than using ARC for occasions that I want to switch ?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Try disabling Bravia Sync before you switch to the TV speakers.

Can't seem to find the Bravia sync option?

It is in different places on different models, probably digging in the manual will be needed.
