Hi all,I bought a pro-ject Phono (no Sonos) and I would like to listen through the ERA 300, but but I can’t! I called the support and they told me that I need to buy or a pro-ject phone T1 (Sonos) or a pre-amplifier phono. I need to discuss with the Sonos community to understand what is the best solution.many thanks!Michele

I was having trouble playing podcasts through Pocketcasts on Sonos. This happens regularly and usually reauthorizing the app fixes it. Not this time. So I tried removing Pocketcasts from Sonos and adding it back. I get the following error message:Error. Unable to add Pocketcasts accountI'm logged into Pocketcasts on my phone and it's working fine on every other device EXCEPT Sonos. I've also tried resetting the Sonos app and restarting my Internet router. According to Sonos, Pocketcasts is not experiencing an outage.Any ideas?  

Hi all. Hope you can help. I bought playbar and trying to listen music from my iPhone 6s throughout playbar. Like YouTube or my own one. But I can not connected. I tried airplay but don’t find sonos playbar on my phone. Has anyone got any ideas to fix this. Many Thanks in advance. Patryk  

Hi. i am about to purchase a beam 2 for my TV. Can i paly TV audio on the beam 2 whilst my other sonos speakers music

My Sonos system has started having issues when playing Spotify through Alexa. My phone will play via Alexa ad my sonos system will play Spotify when I manually play it. To make it worse one speaker seems to be worse than the other.I get the response "I'm sorry I'm having difficulty with that music.". This is an Alexa response.

If I place an order a Beam next Tuesday morning, when can I expect my item to be delivered to the UK ? Thanks

I have 2 play:3’s connected, bought a 2nd hand for another room.  App couldn’t find it, connected the speaker to the router, it can see it but won’t connect.  Is it the router?  Seems odd since 2 are already connected.

how many sonos ones can be added to a wifi system?

I have a home Sonos system with multiple Sonos devices on my home WiFi network. I want to be able to use my Roam at home but also take it to my office where my phone and laptop connect to my work WiFi network. What is the best way to do this so I can use the Roam without having to connect via bluetooth?

Sub and One Sl surround speakers are solid white light but the app is not able to connect

My era 300 disconnected from the network recently. Now when I reset to factory setting and try to add it back to the system, it gets all the way to the end of the process with a message along the lines of “speaker is connected but may not show up in Settings/System. If this is the case, unplug the speaker, plug back in and finish connection in the Settings tab.”  I have tried this multiple times - i unplug the speaker, plug it back in and there is nothing to “finish” in Settings. Nothing happens at all and the speaker is not connected. Getting very frustrated.

Hi guys,Since the last two days I have problems to play my uploaded music from my YouTube Music free account. When I try to play a song the Sonos app says“Fehler beim Hinzufügen von Titeln zur Liste (701)” (maybe “Error adding songs to list (701)” in English?)I already tried to remove the YouTube Music service and re-added it.Do you know what I can do to solve this problem?

I am having my beam gen 2 wall mounted with my new tv. The standard hdmi cable isn’t quite long enough will any good quality hdmi 2.1 cable suffice without losing the sound quality particularly the Dolby Atmos performance? Cheers 

I seem to have no access to my SiriusXM app through SONOS.  Is there some reason this is happening?  This is sudden as of a few days ago.

I moved my turntable setup from my home theater to my office.  I’m using a Port with an Audio Technica turntable.  I have a Beam 2, Sub-mini and 2 One SLs.  The EQ bounces all over the place.  Sometimes I get full sound, sometimes the sub drops out, sometimes dropouts happen.  Seems like an app problem.EQ goes flat.  I press stop.  I press play and the EQ is back at my settings.I paid a ton of money for reliability.

My system turned south today for no apparent reason. Running firmware 15.9. Same thing happens on iPad, running 16.6.1 and iPhone. So far it happened on only Atmos songs, have not tried others.lt plays for a minute or so, and then shows the message not encoded correctly, and then jumps ahead 1 or 2 songs, and repeats. Running Apple Music from the Sonos app. ERA300s set to stereo mode. Help, this is the first real problem I have had with Sonos!!

I have 8 play5 (Gen1) and a S3. If I buy a Sonos smart speaker would it be compatible? Could I use Siri to control the complete system?

 This question was raised about 2 years ago for the original Move but I don’t know if things should have been sorted for the latest ERA speakers in stereo mode . I use pair of ERA 300 for music only in stereo mode .  How can I enable both speakers to work in stereo mode via Bluetooth without resorting to switching on  each speaker individually ?  Thanks 

Hi all. Can you listen on your earphones when playing vinyl on the Sonos turntable connected to an era 100?

I have 4 Sonos Play speakers, fibre Wi-Fi with a network extender. I repeated lose connection to the speakers and often lose a speaker from the app altogether. I can always resolve the issue by following rectification process described but it is extremely frustrating because it is frequently happening. Is there something I can do to eliminate or at least reduce the occurrences of these issues?

For some reason my Sub disconnected from my Beam. I tried rebooting both Sub and Beam, I reset both to factory condition and tried rejoining them to my system. Nothing has changed with my wifi or router. I spent an hour with Sonos phone rep who was very patient but didn’t resolve the problem. The app on IPhone shows both the Beam connected and Sub disconnected. When I try to connect the Sub to the Beam I get all the through the steps to the final window that shows “Adding Sub. This may take a moment” and the progress freezes. The window show the progress bar complete, when I tap on the window a second screen shows “You can’t exit Sub setup right now”. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the Sonos app with no difference. My suspicion is this is a problem with the Sonos app. Is any one else experiencing this or similar?

Hi all,i have just purchased the Beam Gen 2 sound bar and Sub Mini and just added a pair of Sonos ERA 2’s that I want to use for stereo sound and surround sound. It appears that if I want to listen to music and I have the speakers paired and set up as surround speakers I have to unpair as surrounds and the re-pair as Stereo speakers! That is insane! Anyone else aware of this and is there any future updates from Sonos that will resolve this?  Thanks  Paul
