Hello - I was hoping for some help please, I’m not great with tech.
On my Sonos system, I have three Sonos Ones and I also have a Tidal family plan for me and my two kids and we each have a Tidal account in a family plan.
When the kids try and use Tidal via the Sonos app it is set up as my Tidal accounts/ playlists etc and we can’t change to their specific accounts even if we select them.
Does anyone know of a way to change this so it is specific to them please?
I suspect that the problem is that I’m the main Tidal “owner”.
