Apple Music is not purging previously played songs after grouping then ungrouping speakers.  Certain speakers will not work and a message, Playback Stopped In Use Somewhere Else, appears.  This only occurs with Apple Music not Amazon or Sonos sources.  Work around by ungrouping all speakers then manually regrouping beginning with the non-functioning room.  This is where I see the music played prior to grouping has not been purged.This problem is unique to Apple Music

Hi there,I’ve been a Sonos user for 10 years now (maybe longer) and have amassed quite the collection.  My hub is a Sonos Boost (about my system below) that is hardwired.Every day for the past week I’ve been waking up to random speakers disconnected from my network.  One is 4ft away from the Boost, and the others are a bit further.  I’ve lived in this house for 2 years now and all the Sonos’ are in the same location.I’ve unplugged, waited 1 minute, and powered back on the Boost.  The missing speakers don’t reconnect (even after hours).Historically I feel like if there was an issue with a speaker, it would eventually reconnect.  The speakers that are disconnecting are all older gen: 3 Play 1s and an OG Playbar.My office Sonos is a Play 1 and is a few feet away from the boost with no electronics or metal in-between.  We don’t use the microwave and we don’t have cordless phones.  When it’s in the disconnected state, I can see it in the Android App as “Not Connected” (but cannot see it in

Room 1: a playbar, sub, and 2 x play:1s connected via Ethernet Room 2: a play:3 Ethernet connected. Hallway: a boost connected via ethernet Room 3: a play:3 connected via wifi.More and more frequently the audio keeps dropping in and out, I put it down to the fact I often group the wired and wi-fi device. Hi,I am still using S1 software and a sonos bridge as I have first gen play 5 speakers. Do I have a chance to be able to integrate my hue Philips system for lights entertainement while playing music on sonos? Or is the S2 compulsary?Do I just need a Philips smart hub for that?Kr Francois

I had been listening to The Wave 94.7 on sonos using Radio.com as a service.  It stopped working over a few days ago.  I have been googling this and have not made any progress.  What URL and Service do I need to listen to The Wave 94.7 on Sonos?  This is for a home system controlled by the sonos app on a MacBook.  Thank you!

In Scotland, my Spotify connection has dropped- tried the switching the router on and off, tried to reinstall the reinstall the Spotify account but coming up with an error message. Seems to be a more frequent interface issue?

I have recently found some tracks on my PC can't be played on my Sonos system. The error “incorrectly coded" is the reason for skipping the tracks.  These skipped tracks play fine on Windows media player and were taken off CDs mainly using the same process and setup as all the ones which play fine.

I have just set up 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units connected to my Virgin hub (now as a modem rather than a router) My 2 SONOS 5 speakers no longer connect by wifi. If I hardwire one SONOS 5 to the first Deco with an ethernet cable I can get it to work but I am unclear how I would connect the other. On line help is a bit uncertain about what can be done. If I add a network switch to the first Deco does that mean I have more ports that act as if they were part of the main Deco and so will support 2 SONOS 5's? Probably a question I need to direct at TP-Link. i.e. If I add the switch and plug my Sonos speakers into two if these network switch ports will they work? I ask before I purchase a switch and drill 15" holes through two walls to enable hard wiring of the SONOS 5's Do I have other options? I thought having Deco mesh would solve my wifi issues but more have developed! Hi All,I am having major issues with Spotify and trying to track down my premium account. When I log into spotify it only shows that I have a free account, when my sonos account (linked via the same email) enables me to see all my playlists etc. I am also being charged each and every month via direct debit. Firstly the direct messaging an advisor at spotify thing has proved completely un helpful so far and the support almost making me feel like it’s dodgy/scam like. Anyway, I thought I’d try here as I’m struggling to find a solution anywhere else - has anyone ever had this issue? I’m at a loss as to who to speak to or where to get advice. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I’d be very welcome. Cheers

When I stream my local radio, sometimes it rewinds exactly 3 hours and I can hear earlier program. Shut down and restart the speaker, the streaming comes back to normal. What is the problem?

Three node mesh network, the single speakers (one move, one One, and one Three) are fine, but the Living Room / TV group will skip when streaming Spotify and will skip when playing TV audio.Diagnostic 2115789485Have done resets of router / mesh, reset & reinstalled Sonos app, power cycled everything…. sometimes power cycling the TV beam / group will help for a bit.  Aggravating!!

HiI have a room with my LG OLED TV eARC connected an Arc SL soundbar with a Gen 3 sub.  I want to complete surround for rear speakers.   Would there be any difference with One SLs vs Era 100s for my setup?

I’ve been using the Last.fm service on the Sonos app to scrobble songs played through my speakers, it’s obviously very useful and it works well, but it never submits the “Now Playing” notification on my Last.fm profile; it only displays the scrobble after the song has ended.I would say this problem is very miniscule and not a real “problem,” but every other scrobbler has the capability to send “Now Playing” notifications to Last.fm and they have a guide on how to add it on their API docs.I was wondering if this is ever a planned addition. It’d be really nice to have my friends be able to see what I’m listening to at the moment and not after the song is finished. Thank you!

Hello All,I was fighting an issue that ultimately turned out to be my main router having an issue, but I did discover that I could not connect my Sonos devices to my 5GHz network because it had an underscore in the name. Once I took the underscore out, it connected fine, but I hate the way the network name looks now lol. Is there a list of acceptable special characters in an wifi SSID for Sonos devices?

Is it possible to use the Sonos app to trigger a Sonos Move to enter BLE pairing mode instead of pushing the physical pairing button on the back?
