Hi I have Sonos arc and sub and 2 ceiling speakers wired to connect amp. Ceiling speakers have been working no problem with music but since grouping them as surround sound on the app there is no sound coming from them. I have a Samsung frame tv and I don’t see any settings there to adjust. I saw a post earlier that suggested removing the Ethernet cable to the arc which I did.

thanks.

If you’re using a CONNECT:AMP to drive surround speakers, you need to follow the instructions in the setting up Amp or CONNECT:AMP as surround speakers FAQ.

Also set the TV to these settings:

HDMI-eARC Mode: Auto

Digital Output Audio Format: Pass-Through
