hello have been having my Apple Music on/off. I have Playbar, Sonos one, & Sub in a 5.1 system along with Asus RT-AX92U. I have reset the router, the Sonos system you name it and nothing seems to be working.

How are you controlling Apple Music? I recommend that you refrain from Factory Reset without further consult. As you have discovered, the Factory Reset doesn’t resolve any fundamental issues, but it does trash diagnostic data that may have been useful for identifying the problem. I suggest that you submit a diagnostic within 10 minutes of an “event”, log the confirmation number, then contact SONOS phone support. Here in the Community we do not have access to the diagnostic data.
