Hi there. I have been experiencing sporadic audio dropouts across my system. I have 5 Connect:amps, and they are connected via ethernet to my router. This issue seems to occur fairly randomly across amps. Diagnostic ID: 1858171971

My Sonos system features a sound bar and sub, as well as a Connect Amp that powers non Sonos speakers wired into my ceilings. I bought a Fluance turntable and pre amp and got a Connect to link it to the system (it’s in a different room than the connect amp). When I play the turntable Through the sound bar and sub it sounds great. But when it plays through the wired speakers it skips. Sonos says the turntable requires a separate amp to power the non Sonos speakers. They recommended either an Amp or a Port to replace the Connect. But I’m wondering if I should just buy a used Connect Amp instead. Much less expensive. 

Hi,  I have a Sonos Arc and Sonos Connect Amp that plays sound from my tv. The arc will continue playing audio but randomly the speakers in my ceiling connected to the amp keep cutting out. I am wired and have tried moving the Sonosnet channel from 1 to 11 and vice versa with no resolution. If I switch to WiFi only, it gets even worse. Not sure if interference or another issue?  Here’s my diagnostic code 2121982684

Hello, My Sonos Beam lost the ability to connect through WiFi to my Deco X55 today. It works as intended with Ethernet cable connected.  I have 4 Sonos products that all of them has been connected through WiFi. If a connect an Ethernet cable to the Beam and then to my primary deco, my Play:1s also shows up as wired connection though they are not.The Play:3 is still connected to WiFi, if I remove the Ethernet cable from the Beam, the Play:1s connect to WiFi again but the Beam loses connection and is unusable.This is driving me nuts to say the least as it was working this morning and all of a sudden it's not anymore.  Has been in contact with Sonos support live chat for two hours and we did a factory reset on the Beam and it looked like it was stable until I removed the ethernet cable and the Beam lost its connection again. What to do?

Hoi, ik heb (1xSub/ 2x One S2 / Arc gen2. Voorheen gebruikten we een Playbar deze is nu vervangen door de Arc. Voorheen als er op de Nest doorbel werd gedrukt kwam er door een van de One speaker een melding. Nu is het zo dat de ARC(volgens Sonos )de master is en het geluid via hem komt. Alleen is het nu zo dat als er word aangebeld de volume van de Nestdoorbel niet correct is.Wat gebeurt er dan:-staat de tv uit en belt er iemand aan dan loopt alles goed i.o.v. het geluid. Als daarna de tv word aangezet schiet het geluid van 15 naar 70%-zitten we gewoon tv te kijken en er belt iemand aan, dan schiet het geluid weer naar 70%.We hebben gebeld met de klantenservice van Sonos, en voor hun ie de makkelijks manier hierin "stuur maar terug naar Polen". I need to reset 2 of my Play1 units.These are 'seen' in my Sonos 2app.I have factory reset the units but when the app tries to rewind to S1 it states it cannot find them see pic.I have tried physically connecting via a ethernet cable still with no success 

My Sonos 1 app is saying 5 of my 7 Sonos products are incompatible. When I go through the menus and select continue using S1 nothing happens and they are still incompatible. Having spent significant money on older sonos product I can’t afford to change them to s2 products and am perfectly happy to continue with s1 but it doesn’t work now

Hi everyone,If I go to the sonos radio music service I can’t find any of the native sonos stations.In my home screen I can still see (and listen to) those that I saved as favourite long time ago, but that’s it. I still receive notifications of seasonal stations (like christmas) so I know the service is not dead, and still accessible for free. I just can’t use it anymore I have an android and my partner has an iPhone, we both have the same problem. I’ve tried re-installing the app and it makes no difference. Any solutions?  Thanks

I have just upgraded from a Audio Technica turntable to a Pro-Ject Automat A1 which has a line in to a pair of grouped 5’s. The new turntable, like the previous, has a built in Pre Amp, but while the previous turntable worked flawlessly as soon as the needle dropped BUT with the Pro-Ject I need to pull out the line in cord and reinsert it every time to get the music to play.My App is configured properly, Autoplay etc.Any feedback will be appreciated.Stu

Hello, when playing a blu ray via my LG blu ray player I only get PCM stero. Doesn't matter what settings on my Samsung CU8000 TV or on the blu ray player itself. I've swapped out the HDMI cable just in case and no change. The blu ray is connected via HDMI 3 on my TV.The Bean Gen 2 is connected to the TV via the eArc HDMI port.  Any thoughts or advice please ?

I have 2 Sonos Ports and they were linked to an account. I made factory reset to both of them and created a new account but there is a problem linking them or registering them to my new account

I currently have the home theater composed of the Arc, a pair of Era 300, and Sub mini, all of which are connected wirelessly (via home wifi) for now.  Question: wondering if there will be a lift for the sound quality if the Arc is connected via ethernet while other devices remain the same connecting approaching (i.e. Wifi connection) - this is what my friend told me but I suspect it.  thank you 

Greetings.I posted a similar question a few months back, regarding only my Sonos ROAM. None of the sensible advice has solved my problem. I sort of abandoned my quest to make the Roam work, but recently I received my Sonos BEAM from the States, and am running into the same issue: neither my Beam nor my Roam can be located by my Sonos app (S2). -I tried the factory reset on both-I tried resetting the app-both devices are powered on-my home WiFI is not configured in any particular way (that I know of): no login page, etc…-according to what I could learn online, I should not need to revert to the S1 app (even though my Beam is Gen 1)One odd thing I noticed in the app: a few key functions are greyed out. Pic below/attached.I also recently received an Echo Dot, which I was able to connect to my home WIFI with no problem. Any thoughts on this would be most helpful.  

 I am getting an error message "Cannot connect to Amazon Music". I have deleted and re-installed Amazon Musica number of times and I can reach Amazon Music through an iPad device. I can access Youtube Music. Any thoughts?

I have 2 era 300 speakers and have just bought a project T1 turntable.  To integrate the turntable I can see that you connect it one of the speakers.  Will the music automatically come out if both speakers when I play an album ?  Thanks 

I have been getting strung along by Sonos for weeks now. I keep getting told The labels have been resent. That the issue has been escalated. That the labels will be sent soon. ECT. I even offered to ship it to them myself to only provide me the address that it needs to be shipped to. I can't even get them to provide that. I read that this is not an uncommon issue and I am curious as to why Sonos lies to all of its customers who have an issue. If somebody's figured out a solution to this please let me know. 

I have a long ranch house, with my router near one end. I want to optimize my recently purchased BOOST. Locating at home’s mid-length will likely solve spotty disconnects to paired Play:1 units.Can I simply buy/use a quality 25 ft. long ethernet cable extend to better locate the BOOST ? Or are there Limit complications of Cable or WI-FI distance between the BOOST and main router ? Thanks.

I have a new system with Beam (2nd gen) and 2 ERA 100 as surrounds. The first day of use they sounded great - then the back speakers started pulsing (wuh wuh wuh wuh). I’ve taken them back to factory reset, turned microphones off, reset WiFi connection - no change. completely unusable. Any ideas?

Just got a new Beam gen2 to connect to my Sony X90J tv. Plugged into the TV I have a cable box, a Nintendo switch, and another gaming console. The Beam is plugged into the earc hdmi port.  No matter whether I am using any of the above devices or a streaming service like Netflix the sound does come out of the beam.  The problem is I cannot get the remote to control the volume on the beam. I’ve tried setup through the sonos app and the tv and it just won’t work. It tells me to turn cec on on the tv but the Bravia Sync is already on.  Any help would be appreciated!

I am looking to purchase a Sonos move 2 whilst in USA will it work in the UK as the power rating is different 110V/240V.I am assuming the base has a transformer in it but apart from the plug difference will it case any issues?
